Friendly staff, very good food, a wide variety of beers. My wife had a gluten-free meal (nachos) and I very tasty mussels. Very nice !

Had the best nachos for lunch today. Ordered the jumbo size to share and we still couldn’t finish it as it was huge. Very delicious. Place was just a pub: nothing fancy but ok.
We popped into the Madeira as one of our stops on a hens do last weekend and it was great!! Staff were amazing and very accomodating of the celebrations! Winston was unreal and made a great cocktail. Stoked with a free ride home in the courtesy van, we’ll be back for the rugby this weekend!!

I had low expectations but this was a solid place for dinner in a town without a ton of options. No water views, but they had a comfortable garden in the back. Cheerful bar staff. Husband was so pleased with his spicy chicken sandwich that it was gone before I could taste it. It came with good chips
Although the pub & restaurant were both full the staff were very accomodating & organized a table for us. Lovely building, wonderful friendly service & really good food. We all had the cod; both battered & pan fried, both were superb. Highly recommended.
Tonight we had the best experience at this local wee hotel. The staff are all super friendly and we all thd the best meals (5). My husband's rear steak was the best he said and the sizes of the meals were incredible.

Decent feed for a good price, friendly staff, the German girl that always wears the baseball cap gets more attractive the more you drink and always happy to make you a seafood or snack basket as long as they're serving booze no matter what time of the night! Live Music and weekends usually sees this
