Amazing place with lots of options of shopping *all boys dont go with girls ππ but, i just love this place
Decent mall with lots of car parks. Has a great outdoor area outside the food court. They also have one of the bigger Whitcoulls, which is great.
One of the best places for shopping
The mall itself isn't that big as compared to the other malls in Auckland but still a decent one I'd say. The mall is well maintained and well presented. Toilets are clean and tidy. The food court is kinda small and has very limited options. Plenty of car parks available at any given point of time. The customer service/information desk could be an area for improvement in terms of wait time. Mall staff members are generally friendly and helpful. This mall also has a post shop which operates on Sundays. The mall could have more engagement events/activities in my opinion. Overall not a bad hangout place.
It was great to bring my daughters here to shop during the holidays. So nice and clean and beautiful staff who are patient and helpful. However I didn't like carrying my undies and shoes I bought from Kmart around as there were no bags available.
It has everything we need. The only thing i really miss is Papa Rich that was situated in the back and sadlt closed down. I hope they'd return and have a spot at the food court so there'll be more food choices.
While the main reason for going here was that it was the closest to where I was staying, I could happily browse in here for hours. K Mart, New World, a theatre, and shop after shop to visit. Places for sustenance to keep you happily shopping too haha perfect!!
Quite a nice and large mall with a variety of shops inside. There is a large carpark area around the mall. It doesn't loop so you would need to walk along one way and back to return to your carpark.
There is a series of restaurant in the outside area bu the foodcourt. The park area outside by the foodcourt was also quite nice.

Place can be busy at times however places are accessible and have easy to find toilets and shops. Food court is alright always busy and notice there is only a few staff that can just sort of keep up with the cleanness & hygiene of the court (keep in mind how many people come and go so do not blame them.) I have been in their shoes hense why I clean up after myself. π apart from that never a problem.
Plenty of shops with 2 levels and lots of parking available. Often very busy on the weekends and can do your shopping late nights on a Thursday and Friday until 9pm. Kmart is located inside and only closes at 12 every day for later evening shopping. The mall staff are friendly and the food court has a few options available. There is a fantastic outdoor Cafe and restaurant area that has a lovely view and very trendy places available with great seating indoor and out. Event cinemas are located inside with great options for luxurious date nights.
Definitely one of the best malls in Auckland. Plenty of parking available and have most of the brands. The layout is simple and easy to navigate. The stores are nicely presented and the staff is also very nice and friendly. Food court has plenty of options too. I do wish they could add some more brands.

You can find many branded shops, cinema, food court and many others. Ample amount of parking available but please pay attention to allowed free parking time. If you do extra, a parking infringement fee will be charged.
I absolutely love visiting Westfield Albany! It's like a one-stop destination for all my needs. The variety of shops and stores is impressive, and I can always find what I'm looking for. The food court offers a good range of options, and the clean and well-maintained restrooms add to the overall convenience. The inclusion of a supermarket makes it even more convenient for grocery shopping. One of my favorite features is the playground for kids, which makes it a family-friendly place. Westfield Albany truly offers a complete shopping and leisure experience.

A one stop classy shopping mall with beautiful shops, banks, Life Pharmacy for health and beauty needs (With Luxury Beauty Brands Dior, Lancome, Estee Lauder ,Dermalogica, Elizabeth Arden and Smashbox ) a cinema , a supermarket and a good selection of restaurants.
Great place to shop π the Bahn mi roll and ice coffee from the food Cort was awesome and the arcade area in the cinema was fun also e.b game's was a pleasant shopping experience with great staff with a smile π
Westfield Albany Shopping Mall is a shopper's paradise. With a wide variety of stores, excellent dining options, and top-notch customer service, it offers an exceptional shopping experience. The mall is clean, convenient, and provides a range of entertainment options. Highly recommended for a satisfying shopping trip.
Great selection of outlets including k-mart. As well has an excellent food court and a cinema complex. Parking was at a premium as the day was wet but not impossible even though the mall was busy. The mall also has a pleasant family atmosphere and roomy walkways.

The mall also boasts a fantastic cinema and a bustling food court, perfect for a movie and a delicious meal. Plus, having Kmart and New World Super Market under one roof is a convenience to many shiloppers.
In addition to the shopping and dining options, Westfield offers a range of services, including key cutting and banks.
Overall, I highly recommend Westfield Shopping Mall for its size, variety, and convenience. It's a must-visit for a fantastic shopping experience.
