Need to share this because I actually went to Bunnings first; not a soul greeted me, no assistance, no staff in sight, I wondered around aimlessly trying to find the items I needed.

So handy coming here with lots of variety and very helpful staff. Most of the staff know their stuff and can recommend the best product. Easy parking and great prices. The kids love coming here too!!
Was amazed with how staff was helpful and fast, they asked me before I asked, so proactive. I got the oven light bulbs replacement in and out in less than 2 minutes. I Never have that anywhere before.

An excellent fairly new Mitre10 Mega Store. Very well stocked & staffed with a tremendous range of products right across the spectrum of products that they sell.
Amazing service from James from kitchens. Freindly from the first phone call all the way until long after lifting the benchtops twice because i grabbed the wrong colour. Was very impressed with his attitudue and professionalism.
The woman at the checkout counter today around 5pm was the sweetest person I've ever met. Sadly didn't get her name, but I think she's blonde? If you can figure out who I'm talking about, give her a raise!
I hope the employees receive an extra bonus for all the heavy lifting they need to do. At L3 we are instructed to stay in our vehicles at all times which means the employees have to do all the heavy lifting to load vehicles .. for which there was alot of! ..... awesome job 👍

Having gone here a few times now for assistance with our above ground pool, I have found the staff here to be friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased a few items on Boxing day which meant I was given some vouchers, but the young guy serving forgot to activate them - this was sorted straight away so
Lots of helpful staff. The cafe has now moved downstairs. Foods the same being fairly good quality, great place to meet family if North and South of the harbour bridge.
Came in here for a heater and had the most EXCEPTIONAL service from Lily in the Heating department.
