Went to try and purchase Rifters Gin. Great range and taste. Had to limit ourselves to only 2 bottles but all gorgeous gins. Thanks Kenny for introducing us to Rifters.

Visited here last September. It was such an interesting experience and fun way to spend a day. We were given a quick lesson in panning then a little spade and pan and directions to the river. Definitely recommend it!

Great food, coffee and atmosphere, it was quite noisy however, and a little hard to hold a conversation

Try your luck at prospecting... My kids got their gold and certificate. Me? I was enjoying the coffee with my Egg Benedict and the food was great!

Best Thai beef salad ever! Lovely place to visit - sit out in the sun. Occasionally can be short staffed but well worth a bit of patience.

Pretty busy when I was there. Popular place. Food is great. You can get your Gold Panning gear at the curro store. Kids had a great time.

We stopped here on route between two Top 10 campsites whilst touring in New Zealand. Initially we only stopped for a quick look round, but the pub, bar, restaurant offered an excellent choice so we decided to indulge ourselves. Following which we investigated the indoor mine shaft, the local post office, telephone box and school building, all of which were from a different era. A good find and definitely recommended 👍
