Oh my goodness, this place is amazing. Being new to Ashburton we are still finding our way around and Harvey's was recommended by several people. This bakery is incredible, the pies were delicious, the cream buns were amongst the best l have ever tasted and the staff were lovely. Top marks.

Their custard filled brioche donut had enough custard to put The General himself to shame. The banana creams brioche donut can only be eaten embarrassingly; it will get everywhere as it should
A bit pricey at $5/each but worth it if you need a decent donut
