Insanely talented pizzaiolo running an authentic Neapolitan style pizzeria.
We drove from Christchurch to try their pizzas and it was more than worth the drive, at the end of the day is one hour in the car vs having to go all the way back home to Italy to have some. We had the garlic bread, margherita and capricciosa (brought home 2 more, because I'm telling you this pizza was the highlight of my week) and everything was just perfect. It hit right in the feels and not often a pizza in New Zealand gets to do that!
Amazing job from the sourdough, the toppings, the business ethics and the service.

The pizza was really tasty, very good ingredients, especially the Italian tomato sauce and organic basil. You can really feel the difference with other pizzas. Thank you chef! I will be back with my friends!
