Was my favourite in our assembled meal. The fish curry was delicious! The service was great. I can't eat onion or garlic, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. I shall return

Conveniently located in Elliott Stables Epicurean Village in the heart of Auckland City - Ela Cuisine serves delicious Kerala Style Indian Cuisine. The food is excellent. Ela Cuisine is a "must visit" for foodies - especially when you are in Central Business District (CBD) Auckland New Zealand.

Feast on banana leafffff!!!! I ate Onam feast last year and I am pretty sure I was the first to book tickets this year. Once again, beautiful immersive experience of food with music. The food so delicious and authentic. Top notch service with a smile. Love the food and love the service.

My favourite reliable eatery at Elliott Stables is Ela Cuisine because the food and beverage are vibrant in flavour, texture and presentation. The staff is always so warm and engaging and admittedly I always order my trusted Prawn Curry with Porata and Lime & Mint Soda. This is my favourite dine out curry because the spiciness is always made to my Liking, there’s always ample prawns, the accompaniment of wild rice and green salad with in mango dressing is impeccable. The soda perfectly washes down the curry very aptly. I did recently try the Chicken Mapas which had a gorgeous flavoured unctuous gravy however the meat could have been tender for the perfect balance. Highly recommended!

Really very good Indian food, my chicken dosa was great. Lots of GF on the menu too. Will be back to try the Kerala fish, or the chicken Mappas or the Biriyani. Pity we are only here for a few more days. The staff at Ela are very friendly and helpful. Find them inside Elliott Stables on Elliott Street.

Small shop with nice ambience. Tried Chicken biriyani which didn't put me down and better than lots of other biriyanis in North Island. Price was bit high but lower than other eateries in the same food court, may be due to high rent for the shops. They serve Kerala dishes as well which I specially like.

Very tasty Indian.....Lamb Shank amazingly tender, fell off the bone and Mappa Chicken was our other choice recommended by the waiter, this was tasty tender too, both with perfect amount of spice for medium heat Indian lovers. . Something to note, if using their address via google to find them.....it will take you to an Indian restaurant, that as far as satellites are concerned, is correct. Chawlies? I think, this isn’t Ela Cuisine.......keep walking down the hill about 20ms, turn left and enter Elliot Stables. This whole precinct is pretty amazing......food wise though I can only tell you about Ela Cusine......and they are a magic find.
