1 of our favorite places to go & relax & enjoy a scoop (or 2) of Kapiti Ice-Cream & a coffee. Their Chai Latte is perfect & definitely warms the soul. Plus the scenery is a bonus.

Great cafe to chill out with 360 degree Auckland's view. Good coffee and yummy Kapiti ice cream, reasonable priced, great for locals family, not just for the tourists.
We walked through before heading up to dinner. I didn't get anything since we were literally on the way to dinner but we noticed the cafe entrance and decided to have a look around.
The cafe looked quite nice and they had quite a few things which looked good, particularly the ice cream. They had quite a selection of cabinet food but what interested me was the cold rock ice cream where you could make your own flavour of ice cream.
The cafe had an elevator so you could get down (or up) from there after relaxing.
Tried here before going sugar club. Nice ice cream during enjoy the view . Staff nice and friendly.

Hokey Pokey in New Zealand means honeycomb toffee.
Plain Vanilla Ice Cream with solid lumps of Hokey Pokey.

Excellent view, fast service, child-friendly cafe however the staff was not friendly serving in the front line. This place offers at least 10 selections of Kapiti ice creams, coffee, teas, cheese and some desserts. Great place for morning and afternoon tea. Would recommend to visit after walking around the Sky Deck viewing platform.
Love love love the service and ice cream! Glad they got the Kapiti ice cream truck down stairs to accommodate the people who didnt want to go all the way to the cafe.
Cafe with an amazing view. Delicious NZ gelato, there was just limited flavours available. Had a skinny mocha which was perfectly balanced and temperature just right. Service was friendly but I noticed some customers got their orders first despite ordering after me (they had coffee too). It also took awhile to get my coffee after ordering it but the view is definitely a great distraction.
I took my friend here as we were going to go up the sky tower anyways. The view here is amazing and I love how they place the tables all up next to the window. Service is great the girls are lovely. Presentation is aesthetic and cute.
Was showing another mate the sky tower so I thought I would pop in here this time. Service and ambience is SkyCity standard. We ended up trying and staying on Hauraki Coolers for the time that we were there. The next time I show someone around again, will be back to explore more of the menu.
It's located on level 50 inside the sky tower. Good hangout spot if you've had dinner downstairs in one of their many restaurants. Good selection of beers and wines. They have desserts and finger foods to company late night grazing. And it's got the best views in Auckland.
Absolutely astonishing view from the cafe! Ordered Kapiti ice cream and taste superb!. Beautiful day yesterday, sunny đ and a perfect day for ice cream! Waited to be served even there's no ques, staff were busy with something else. Few range of hot/cold drinks and food to choose from. The 360-degree area provides chairs and tables for adults and it's kid friendly. You gotta go there! đ
This cafĂ© has the best scenery in Auckland. Itâs in upper floor of the Sky tower. You can choose various kinds of foods and drinks. For example, ice cream, pudding, bread for food. And coffee, alcohol . The interior is so cute and colorful. There are surrounded windows so you can feel sunshine and blue sky on sunny day. The stuffs are friendly and they bring food to your seat. The cost is not expensive. You can enjoy the view for very little money.If you have opportunity to go to the Sky tower, why donât you go and enjoy beautiful view and food in there.
It has a beautiful view depending on which side you choose to sit, it literally can take your breath away if you have a fear of heights.
A very neat and cozy 360 degree cafe with a decent spread available on the menu to choose from. Great service from the ladies at the counter who are about the smiles to every customer.
I haven't sampled the food, but just had a lime & lemon bitters from the beverages section. Was pretty good, but maybe I overestimated my tastebuds when I ordered it.
Grabbed one regular flat white there with 10% discount Orbit 360 dining voucher. Staff was very friendly. Clean space and lots of comfortable seats.
This place is newly refurbished & looks awesome. I think it's great that they have partnered with Kapiti & specialised in dairy products. All of the food here is to die for but some favourites of mine would have to be the cold rock ice cream, the cheeseboard & the bellinis. The amazing view from sky cafe is an added bonus. Would defo recommend.
Sky Cafe is a renovated version of the Sky Lounge the Sky Tower had before. This time around, they have partnered up with Kapiti Ice cream. Their menu is extensive with varied cheeses available and of course Kapiti Ice Cream. I love their stone ice cream- Ice cream which they "cook/fry" on a cold stone- as you can choose any toppings that you want to be incorporated into the mix. And you can choose whatever flavour you want too!! Getting up there does require a pass to go up the tower, but the views are amazing once you get up there and it's quite a romantic place to go to with your significant other. Overall, highly recommended and a great place to go once in a while due to the fact that going up the tower alone is around $30. But then again, Special occasions call for special treatments and the staff and venue gives you everything you need.
We were here Dec 2022 to visit the Sky Tower. Really good lunch spot with a breathtaking view. Delicious sandwiches and milkshakes! The cheesecake here is amazing! We finished it before we could get a photo, but it's definitely worth every single cent.

Great service, nice food and a fantastic view. Toasties come cold though, even when toasted. The coffee has good flavours.
Really lovely place to sit and see the world go by as you drink tea and eat cake. Not too bad of a price either, i got tea and cake, and it was a large slab, for around $10.
Over priced, extra 15% surcharge but who cares? If you want to save money, go to super market and get instant ones. Good view takes it all
Amazing view, warm inside. You can drink coffee, soup of the day, some snacks , cookies and drinks. Free wi fi, and youâre feeling here free and relaxing! Definitely come back and work here.

Great views, peaceful place, good coffee and ice cream. Can do some laptop work too (free WiFi from the tower) in peace, but there's only one power outlet.
First time visiting Auckland and the Tower! We had drinks after at Sky Cafe, I had the pina colada and it was absolutely delicious! 360â views of the city and good prices for the drinks.
