The food is amazing: I highly recommend the kumara fries which were mouth wateringly crisp and the steak (medium rare, of course). A menagerie of teas is offered to rouse the appetite and everything is plated immaculately. I look forward to returning for the High Tea.
We had a prefect dinner at my bf's birthday.Waiter provides us the special drink which is also prefect.Vergeterian pasta is highly recommended!

My husband and I had our Valentines dinner there last night. Beautiful setting overlooking Queen Street, great hospitality, and delicious food. We had a 3 course meal, and we enjoyed the spicy squid and pork belly for starters, pan-fried market fish and pan-fried Gnocchi (so well seasoned) for mains

Eight of us at Queens Cafe last night, and all of us rated it highly. Great food from a set menu, excellent choices, and attentive service. It is in a central location, and with good weather dining on the balcony is very pleasant. Recommended!
Had a lovely late afternoon lunch with my friend. Mojitos were nice and refreshing the the chicken was quite tasty. Will be back on Thursday arvos for the live music.
