Astounding! Every dish that we ordered was not what we expected - in a good way - although to be fair, we hadn’t heard of half the ingredients on the menu. The food was so flavoursome and creative - the concha, cactus “guacamole”, 65 deg egg with green chorizo, the chicken “taco” with whipped garlic and charred shallots, and the very refreshing cucumber ice of the vanilla queso! One of the best meals I’ve ever had in Auckland, for sure.

Our experience at Inti was amazing from the moment we walked in. We received a very friendly welcome from the staff and they went out of their way to seat us where we wanted. Complimentary sparkling water drunk from the handmade clay cups was available as we waited for our wine. The menu is brief but you're lost on what to order as its described in such a way that you really don't know what it is. Our Colombian waiter kindly did the hard work and chose two dishes from each section. Each dish was exquisite, tastes were new and intriguing but truly delicious. Visually the food was an incredible piece of artwork. All the staff were attentive but not overbearing. Their advice and suggestions on dish selection and wine match made the meal an amazing dining experience. We will return so we can try the dishes we didn't get to taste. It's a must on anyone's gastronomic list.

This place blew our minds. The creativity and craftmanship, let alone the obvious hours of research behind each dish made the eating experience absolutely wonderful. I want to follow this restaurant throughout the seasons, confident they will come up with something wildly unexpected yet incredibly tasty each time.

Fabulous food that sounds adventurous and looks like art on a plate! Can't say I have ever seen Cricket flour tortillas or black-ant-dusted tostadas on a menu before ! We received top service from our young Brazilian waitress who went through the menu so well.. Which may I add was compiled so beautifully - ample variety without being too confusing! Must try their slow cooked eggs with chorizo - a 5 star dish!

Went here with first table, had the plantain, salsa tarasca, green chorizo, and pork belly. Everything was really really good, except the pork belly which had no crunch or belly flavour, just tasted like pork, wouldn't recommend. Only knit picks are that everything had seeds in it and my gf couldn't not notice them with every bite, and the smokey flavours can be intense so be careful if you're getting more than one smokey dish. We don't usually get dessert but we had the vanilla queso and omg the cucumber ice was fantastic. When the ice hits your tongue it like explodes/floods with flavour.

The food was amazing. In fact it was the most flavourful food I've ever eaten. The way they present it, the atmosphere and value for money are second to none. I'd highly recommend.
