Amazing (and delicious) smoothie, salad and soup options to chose from. Friendly staff. 5 stars.
Great salads - very well balanced meal with quinoa, salad leaves, generous portions of well seasoned chicken and other seasonings and flavouring. Lots of flavours to choose from, was hard to decide!
A unique place to grab a sweet smoothie that's plentiful enough to serve as a meal, particularly I like to go for the Bulldozer and the Goodlife. The salads also taste great, you know you're eating healthy and I feel like they have a choice for any occasion!
Good life juice has the best salads in Auckland the staff are very friendly and service is quick. I’d recommend having the south west vegan salad with chicken or the pesto chicken salad.
Amazingly fresh, healthy and tasty. We need more place like this
My go to is the smoothie/ salad combo for $20. Prawn avocado & broccoli pesto salads are both yummy & filling vegetarian options. Usually I go for the lighter smoothies when buying a salad. Sunshine State which has pineapple, apple, lemon, ginger, turmeric & orange is pretty good- would recommend.
Regretting that I did not discover this place earlier. The smoothies and salads are soooo tasty and filling. Such a good and a generous portion for the price you pay. I would like to go again and bring my own container for the salad as I am big on the zero waste thing. 10/10 recommend!!
Daily customer here, the golden beet juice is to die for, Ciaren, Shannon and the team rock, and the smoothie are soooooo good. Shout out the Red Lentil soup with Winter coming up.
A friend and I decided to go here for brunch one morning. I went for the berry pitaya bowl and my friend had the mixed berry bowl. I really enjoyed mine as I love pitaya and they did a great job, the granola on top was delicious and the fruit was fresh. The presentation is also super cute and is good for photos. Their salads also look really good so I'd love to try one. The only thing is the place itself is very small and a little cramped especially when it starts to get busy. I will definielty be back though as the food is delish!
Goodlife Juice, damn average to say the least. The staff are super friendly and the place itself is super cute and small. I got the all berries smoothie bowl and it wasn't bad but it wasn't amazing, I think they could've made it much better but overall very average. Although my friend got the mixed berry acai bowl and that was so much better then the one I got, it was full of flavour and the colour of it was so pretty. The food here is very instagram worthy. I would go back and try one of their salads because they look so damn good. but overall a very average experience and would recommend trying 7/10 x
Great value. I had a soup from here and also a overnight oat bowl and they were both great! I ordered the maple walnut oat bowl for my breakfast to take to work it was so sweet and filling. Great proportion of banana and sweet walnuts. This place is also environmental friendly. Recommend this place!
My absolute favourite place to come for healthy food. I eat here probably 5 days a week and it’s never failed me, my go tos are the red lentil soup (with sourdough), the bulldozer smoothie or the strawberry almond açai bowl (pictured). Love their dedication to reducing their waste and you can see the effort that goes into quality fresh ingredients. Staff are super friendly and the atmosphere in the store is great. Would definitely recommend asking about the recycle loyalty card, help save the planet and some coin 🤙
The best salads you'll get in town. Kept in Mason Jars to maintain freshness and then mixed into takeaway boxes. I really like the reuse and recycling initiative that they have going on where you are given the option to have your smoothie in a free mason jar that you can bring back and use. They also encourage to bring your own container for a salad. The smoothie and açai bowls are a great summer option too. Fast and efficient customer service and a great vibe overall. Highly recommend if you are passing through the city.
Love this place for a quick and healthy lunches!
I know salads are boring but the ones here are great salads with lots of different textures and delicious dressings so don’t be hesitant to try it expecting it to be just leaves.
If you’re wanting a salad get it from here not Tank. It’s wayyyy better and you get so much more.
Their smoothies are yum as well
I came here after my friend suggested I visit and I was blown away by them! I've tried making Acai bowls at home but they never come out right, however here it tasted and looked amazing. for the price these are definitely worth it and (as you can see from the pictures) very instagrammable! On top of the lovely food they also provide great service and have tables out in the sun to sit and enjoy your food :) would definitely recommend here if you're in the city!

First time been to this place. You choose the jar with salad that you like and bring it to the cashier. I have ordered the daily combo (salad with juice) for $16. Picked the mango chicken with green juice. Very fresh and portion is good. Freshly made juice. Would definitely come back again and highly recommend if you like fresh salad and juice.
I didn’t know much about acai bowls until my friend brought me to this place. I had the strawberry almond acai and absolutely loved it. I’ve been coming back pretty regularly, my favourite is still the strawberry almond but also really like the orange smoothie bowl. It’s like having your favourite orange sorbet ice cream except it’s made with real fruit with fresh toppings. YUM😊😊
rly yummy juice!!! so happy that the way you run things is very beneficial for the environment. definitely gonna be ny go to now. might try the salads and stuff later on
Not a bad alternative to my recent review on health nut kitchens smoothie bowls. Kinda wished they had more granola on top because their is a lot of the smoothie under the toppings to finish. I got the strawberry almond butter acai which looked the same as the chocolate smoothie bowl my mate had got, we didn’t understand the difference. Nevertheless both tasted quite good and were definitely filling.
Service was average just a hi, bye. Not much interaction even though we were the only customers there.
P.s wish they had stools inside for the bench top had to sit out in the cold :(
Loved the concept with all the fresh salads and juices/smoothies. Beautifully presented in the jars and so delicious and filling at the same time. Might have found one of my favourite lunch spots in Auckland!
Hands down the best salads in Auckland! My husband and I love them that much we get them takeaway in mason jars to keep in our fridge for lunches and to have with whatever protein we are having for dinner. Beautiful and fresh always with moist chicken and so large for the price! I couldn't possibly pick a favourite flavour as they are all THAT good 😊
Super delish healthy options! I’m a regular salad/smoothie/juice girl there (the Golden Beet juice is delish, so is the Chicken Pesto salad and the Bulldozer smoothie). Have now tried the blueberry chia overnight oats and this is totally my new favourite. Might have to try to recreate it at home otherwise I’m going to become broke very quickly hahah.
A really quick and healthy little place. I enjoyed their prawn salad and their fresh juices were surprisingly nice considering it had ginger in it. Thoroughly enjoyed it!
Went there to pick up some lunch today. Got a salad and soup combo and cold pressed juice. Red lentil soup was very hearty for a cold rainy afternoon and the mango chicken salad and juice was refreshing. Great value for $17.
Came here to grab a salad for lunch after searching up a few healthy places. I got the Vegan South West salad. You grab one of the mason jars and go to the counter and with an extra $3 (refundable if you return the jar) you can keep the jar. I opted for the takeaway box and the filling salad only set me back $13.
The salad encompassed of a variety of vegetables, quinoa and a slightly spicy tangy siracha sauce. I will definitely be back to try more of their salads. The avocado prawn looks amazing. They also do a variety of soups and juices.
Quite excited to have found a healthy and reasonably priced spot for lunches.
Easily the best smoothies in town. The vegan salad also comes highly recommended, and I'm not even vegan. Best kept secret in the city. They seem to have a lot of staff on at lunch times, I guess time is a priority for the many business people that frequent the place. They also do amazing things with oats if you ask for toppings etc or you can have it as it comes with Apple and cinnamon. Shame they got rid of the cheesy broccoli soup but all of the other ones I have tried are excellent. The chicken soup is similar to how my dear old British mum makes it. I am quite friendly with the staff now of course, and I can honestly say it is in my top 3 food spots in Auckland.
Yum salads! South West Vegan was so yum, great for non-vegans too, spicy siracha dressing. Really big and fresh and great service. I definitely recommend this place!
Best smoothies in Town, Try the New Big Green smoothie so so good, Great service, amazing staff, so lucky to have them on fort street. Also the Soups are epic for them chilly winters days, the lentil soup is stand out
I come here at least three times a week to buy my salads after going to the gym and it's great because I'm always in a rush to get back to work and they serve you so quickly. The girls are great at remembering your name and are always welcoming and friendly. I also enjoy the free smoothie samples. I get the chicken pesto salad pretty much every time and it's delicious!
Holly cow. This place is awesome!!
I've walked past a few times but today I wanted something different than the usual tank.
I'm having the basil salad and it's delicious and so fresh.
They have many options and super cheap compared to other places!!!
My salad was $13 and my juice was $6
But if you buy them together has a combo it was all only $16!!
We regularly make the trip in to Goodlife and pick up a enough salads to last us a week of lunches. They stay incredibly fresh in the mason jars with the last salads usually eaten after 4-5 days and they taste great! Love the convenience of having a variety of different tasty salads on hand and we look forward to lunch time every day. Just a quick mix in a bowl with a crack of salt and pepper, yum! Whoever said "you dont win friends with salad" - needs to get down to Goodlife... they've definitely made a friend with me. We have tried a number of juices, smoothies and soups, all were delicious. Great staff, always friendly. Look forward to getting some more Goodlife in the fridge next week!
Bonus: We clean and return the mason jars and get a salad free each time!!
Goodlife never disappoints! The salads offer a wide variety and their selections of smoothies taste amazing.
The service is great, ordering is quick and everyone is super friendly. I come here so often they remember my name and order!
Goodlife is is my go-to spot for a quick, healthy lunch. It is healthy and fresh fast food with a great tasty choice and helpful, friendly and smiley staff! Definitely recommended.
I love a good Acai bowl, I am obsessed! I also love the Deep Purple smoothie. Healthy and delicious and super friendly staff, I just wish I was closer so I could come everyday!
I love, love this place! super healthy food with great taste! I can't say what is my favourite thing because I love the smoothies, salads and soups! The services is great and it is in a really handy location.
oh, wait, I do have a favourite thing, the kickstart smoothie!
Such a cute little place to pop by for a healthy lunch! Came here the other day before heading to uni and got the jerk mango salad and mean green smoothie. Both tasted amazing and filled me up for hours!! Honestly could not recommend this place more. They have a deal where you can get a salad + smoothie for $18! Definitely a place to check out if you are looking for something healthy to eat for lunch! :)
Deep purple smoothie was amazing. One of the better smoothies I've had. Menu is a bit pricy, location is a bit hidden, salad variety for veg/V could be worked on but all I got was a smoothie and that was (y) so I'm happy
Goodlife is my favourite place to grab a smoothie in Auckland! Thier smoothies tick all the boxes for me: generously sized, affordable, good, organic and sometimes unusual ingredients you won't find anywhere else e.g. bee pollen, camu camu berry, cashew milk (brilliant alternative to soy!), and most importantly, their smoothies are satisfying, never too sweet or watery. Some are perfect as a meal replacement e.g. Bulldozer.
My favourites are the Mean Green (just delicious green) and Kickstart Cacao (if I am up to something chocolatey).
It feels like Goodlife is putting good quality staff in their smoothies, tries to cater for the vegan and vegetarian tastes and doesn't charge a fortune for it, I highly appreciate that and definitely recommend them.
Really great place for healthy food and drinks!
Everything I've tried has been delicious. I've ordered a couple of their salads (beetroot quinoa & roasted kumara), smoothies (magic mud), and juices (dr. Kale) and have not been disappointed!
I definitely recommended this place just keep in mind if you want to take away your salad with the jar (to mix in later) you will be charged an additional $3 for the jar which you can get back if you return the jar to the store.
This will be one of my to go places for lunch whenever I don't bring my own lunch from home. Great healthy meal!
I'm addicted to the oatmeal at Goodlife, I have it for breakfast every morning - love it! They also have the most delicious smoothies, and super healthy too with no refined sugar or frozen yoghurt like other places do. Highly recommend the Bulldozer smoothie for a great protein fix; and to satisfy your chocolate cravings then the Kickstart smoothie is a must! The salad and soup/juice combo is perfect for a fulling and satisfying lunch. Try the prawn salad (pictured) with the red lentil soup or golden heart juice. I cant get enough of this place!
Quality! It Shouldnt Be That Hard! Love A Wonderful Mouth Full Of Wholesome FOOD!

I came across this joint when visiting Auckland city. I looked in and the jars looked amazing I thought it was gifts until I noticed it was salads,
I went a brought 2 different kind, then put them into plastic containers. They tasted amazing. Very well balanced, they only thing I want to know is how healthy are they really with the oil and sauce content that they have?
I loved the pesto chucked the other one was also amazing just don't know why it was called.
gave this place a try and originally wanted the prawn cocktail but was sold out and had the honey mustard chook instead consisting of spinach, walnuts and grapes. it's kept in a tall jar i guess for freshness in which you take to counter to pay for and they will dress/toss for yah. As read in other reviewers b4 mine, these dishes are not design for that big appetite fill u up pig out, but aim at diners on a diet such as gluten/dairy free, vegans, veggies, weight watchers etc. therefore eat in moderation types, my dish is enough for me 'cause of the chicken.
I felt like a odd one out too with customers mainly health nuts there. They sell yummy dietary smoothies too.
I picked up the jerk chicken mango salad on my way to class, and it kept fresh all day in the mason jar. The vinaigrette was perfect, and there was quite a decent amount of chicken breast included. The whole salad tasted great! I can't speak for the juices, as I haven't had one yet, but I can't wait to go back and try another salad!
Staff are so friendly, their menu looks incredible and their prices are extremely reasonable too. Can't believe my luck stumbling on this spot for breakfast - definitely a new regular :) breakfast was fantastic thanks guys.
With Tank outlets littered all over Auckland, the Goodlife Juice Co is a breath of fresh air. While Goodlife is priced similarly to Tank ($10 for what would be a large smoothie at Tank and $13 for a salad), it is their obsession for clean and green ingredients that sets them apart. For one, all of their smoothies use fresh nut milks which are made the same morning.
I was invited to try out their new menu recently, about a year and a half after my initial review. They have since considerably expanded their menu and adjusted portion sizes.
My usual go-to here is the Bulldozer, for the rich cashew milk taste and the protein hit. This time I tried their new Strawberry smoothie which was essentially a strawberry version of the Bulldozer. It had the same rich, creamy texture I was expecting but with a slightly sweet-slightly sour strawberry twist. I enjoyed it. What I also liked is how any extra smoothie prepared was served in a separate cup to customers. I was told they also do a loyalty programme for customers who bring their own mason jars!
Goodlife also does combos which work out to be quite reasonable. The smoothie I ordered, when coupled with a delicious jerk mango salad would cost $18 - which is reasonable for a healthy, filling lunch in the CBD. With grilled chicken (which I was told was free range), roasted kumara, mango, quinoa, baby spinach in balsamic dressing, you would be a jerk not to enjoy it (sorry!). Needless to say, the salad was fantastic.
Goodlife is also very vegetarian/vegan friendly - the smoothies are made using fresh almond/cashew milk/butter. Many of the protein powders and salads are vegan and vegetarian.

New eateries are opening every week in Auckland you'd think restaurant owners have been secretly trying to exceed the population growth rate of the country. Fort Street in the CBD has been host to newcomers recently and Goodlife Juice Co. has joined the pack. Goodlife is a juice, salad, and smoothie bar offering quick but healthy meal options. There is a shortage of healthy lunch options in this spot in the CBD and it is clear that the owners of Goodlife Juice Co have seen and grabbed this opportunity. Their cabinet is chock-full of grab-and-go cold pressed juices and mason jar salads. Superfood smoothies are made to order but don't take long to prepare. They're also geared to offer healthy soups, acai bowls, and raw oatmeal soon.
Brilliant idea to have mason jar salads. Tried the chicken pesto with orzo. Needed some more protein but other than that it was yummy. Cold pressed juice of kale, cucumber, and pineapple was great too. Will be back to try your other salad versions. Would be great if you offered protein top ups to bulk out the meal. I was hungry a few hours later when I expected to still be full. All in all, not a bad start to a good life.
Love this place-something quick, healthy and delicious in town!
This small salad, juice, smoothie bar is a Convenient healthy haven on fort street!
Salads have real nutritious ingredients which is a refreshing change for a mid day lunch, post workout fix, breakfast or perfect cheat for “bring a plate” ;)
Have eaten here many times over the last year or 2! With my favourites being their classic chicken pesto or Cesar salad with a while egg. It's a quick but healthy take away option for those downtown!
Their I heart detox juice still fix anything, and the magic mud smoothie is divine! If you haven’t tried this place I suggest you head there pronto!
Don’t forget if you take the mason jars home to recycle them back into store. Great system without using more plastic!
Always delicious salads and smoothies here! The freshness and healthiness of the salads is much better than Tank, in my opinion. Also try the red lentil soup, it is amazing. Bulldozer smoothie is so good!
Refreshing, but filling breakfast. My favourite is definitely the blueberry oatmeal bowl, but their red lentil and broccoli bean soups are also amazing options for light lunch. Would love to see more of them!
We came here and got the açaí bowls. They were delicious! The toppings were fresh and the açaí was smooth. Note: you can’t get them during the lunch rush (11-130 I believe). Come here at another time to get them though. It’s worth it and they are reasonably priced!
The salads are really nice (this is coming from someone who doesn’t particularly like eating salads) and it’s a great alternative to the usual fast food outlets you’ve otherwise find in the area. I’d highly recommend checking this place out. I’m yet to try the smoothies but they look great!
I came here in August’2023, visiting NZ for the Woman’s World Cup - after all our travels my friend and I had gotten a cold and the soups at this place were PERFECT. I got a mushroom that was soooo good I am trying to recreate it stateside I miss it so much. 10/10 would recommend
Absolutely delicious- have been here many times and the smoothies are fresh and very tasty, as are the oatmeal bowls. Staff are very friendly and helpful when stuck for choice! There are also 5 daily soups that all sound absolutely delicious too, and plenty of vegan/veggie options.
Super friendly and helpful staff, they managed to substitute the granola in a bowl for us to make a vegan mixed berry açai bowl. Prices are decent and they have a really nice selection in the fridge.
Favourite health cafe - if you want a boost of energy for the whole day, definitely recommend the kickstart smoothie. Maami is really friendly. Heaps of vegan options, including Thai tofu vegan salad - DELICIOUS.
Lovely cute little corner. Is great how they prepare the salads for you so it’s easier to pick and eat a healthy lunch with not too much of a hassle.
Thank you!
Can't believe it took me so long to find this place. I've been looking for a healthy lunch option that is easy and doesn't break the bank - plus their salads are actually tasty and leave me feeling full. The service in there is also friendly and you can get a 1/2 price fresh juice when you buy a salad - so good! Have definitely found my new go-to. 10/10 recommend.
