Excellent service, Anna the owner is fantastic. She treats all guests kindly and makes genuinely good Italian food, being Italian herself. Thank you Anna!
Very nice food and good Italian wine ! Very friendly : )
I am always happy to eat there!
Absolutely beautiful meals. Went there last month and again this month and the food and the service is exemplary. The owner is one in a million who treats you like a long lost friend and her recommendations are completely spot on.
Everyone must go here. It’s fabulous!
Love your food, service and ambiance, bringing a large group again this friday. Totally 5 star, you are my favourite place to eat

Awesome coffee and brilliant pasta and pizza - excellent and very attentive staff. Highly recommended!
Aucklands Best kept Italian secret !!! Perfect
This has now become my favorite restaurant in Auckland. The food was absolutely phenomenal. Phenomenal would be an understatement actually. Both Anna and Maria Pia were so nice. You felt as if you were invited into a Italian Mom’s home. My husband and I ordered the Bruschetta to start which was delicious. Then we had the Alfredo & Pizza for our main which was absolutely spectacular. Best I’ve ever had. Lastly, .... the dessert... was.. heavenly.
I’ll be back very very soon!! By far thee best restaurant in Auckland and thee best Italian food I’ve ever had!!!
i go here quite often and i really enjoy myself always have a blast and the owner is really nice.............................................................
Had dinner here last night phenomenal food and good service...............................................................................................
Lovely service! The atmosphere was really nice. The food was really good! Only downside was a limited menu but what they had was amazing. Would 100% be back here!
Absolutely amazing food. My husband almost wept on the first bite. Super personal and friendly service from someone who clearly loves her work and delights in her cooking. This is the real deal.
Found this little gem through first table and gave it a go, holy moly I am so glad that I did! While the atmosphere is a little odd and a little claustrophobic, this barely matters when it comes to the service and the food 💕. The menu is rather large but in a way which guarantees everyone will find a favourite. With traditional Italian food all the way I was a fan right there and then. We went all the way with an antipasto platter, mains, drinks and desserts - because why the heck not! 😂. While the presentation is slightly uninspiring, the food is a work of art in terms of flavour and texture. Let your taste buds take you to Venice or Rome as you lick your plate clean. The price point is amazing even with no special deal! I will 100% be coming back asap 😍. Overall I'd recommend this place for couples on a budget.
Used to work across the road in the office.Came here quote often.Food is good quality very tradition Italian, the 4 cheese pizza is my favorite there.
Chose this via the Entertainment Book - never knew there was a restaurant in that part of town.
We had a great meal, the service was friendly, indulged in a bit of banter, and were made to feel at home in the small outdoor covered courtyard.
Some foccacia to start - the chef made a different combination up for us, followed by two wonderful mains, and a dessert shared. Food was much better than another well known Italian restaurant we visited about a week ago ; left feeling that the experience had been everything we wanted that night.
Great value for money ; no issues with the voucher
You make the best pizza in town David, however, I think I prefer pasta when you guys used be Covo. but your pizza is much better than previous Covo!!!! Thanks for entertaining us too LOL :) Also I really loved your Italian wine, the best white wine ever!!!!!
The food is delicious - especially the chocolate mousse which is to die for! Ask Divino for excellent recommendations from the wine cellar. The music choice and ambience delight the occasion. This is a wonderful little restaurant off the beaten track in Parnell which is well worth a visit.
I had a lunch special with my friends. Everyone was pleased.
Very tasty and fresh food. Classic Italian cuisine.
Warm and friendly staff.
Very friendly and relaxing for dinner. The staff are fun but professional, with very good knowledge of wine and food.
We have enjoyed great steaks, fish as well as classic Italian dishes.
We will continue to go back.
My first time eating here. I'm from Melbourne, Australia
Thoroughly enjoyed the food. I sat outside it was very nice atmosphere.
I would certainly eat there again. The staff were friendly and jolly. They were relatively busy - I had a little trouble getting their attention but I certainly wouldn't hold it against them - could of just been me.
I eat here every time I come to Auckland. Equal to the best Italian food I have eaten anywhere, including in Italy. The atmosphere is relaxed, warm and friendly. Highly recommend the fish of the day and the selection of Italian wines. You can't go wrong here.
Fantastic environment for a group occasion! With a group of close to 50 we were able to eat as we wanted, danced and had some yummy Christmas drinks. :-) The staff were wonderful, especially the bar staff "they were amazing"
Thanks for a great evening.
I have now eaten at Di Vino Restaurant 3 times. The overall standard is consistently high. Great atmosphere, great service, great menu, great quality and standard of food and certainly great value for money. Indoor/outdoor dinning a great option. The owner and staff make the experience a delight. Am very pleased to recommend and will be back soon. Parking just outside or car park in building.
Two girlfriends and I recently went to DiVino for a meal which was absolutely delightful. We all had different pastas which were all declared delectable. We had the suggested pinot grigio which was an excellent choice.
The service was informative and friendly. Complimentary limoncello always goes down well too! Have recommended to friends and family. We thought very reasonably priced.
Have been here many times and the vegetarian pizza is really good. The vegetarian spaghetti is okay.
The customer service is great. Would surely be heading back again soon.
Would surely recommend this restaurant to other :-)
As an Italian descendant I have very high expectations when it comes to Italian food, and this restaurant was a delight to experience. The restaurant was busy on Friday night but the service was excellent throughout the whole evening. Our Italian pinot gris (recommended by the waiter) was crisp and light, and it perfectly matched the bruschetta we had as a starter. I decided on the mushroom risotto for a main, which was perfectly cooked and flavoursome, and my friend's tuna steaks were equally delicious. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed. Divino Bistro is a great place for a romantic dinner or for a group of friends to catch up, and I can't wait to go back there again.
The service here was lively, fun and attentive. Our chatty Italian waiter was open to a bit of banter, which suited our mood for a relaxed business lunch.
There's a lovely covered outdoor area at the front, which is perfectly placed to catch the lunchtime sun.
The flavours in my 'Cannelloni of the day' were very yum. Today was snapper, with ricotta, onions, lemon, and a lovely rich tomato sauce. Very enjoyable. The Italian beer was really nice, as recommended by the waiter (in place of our suggested Coronas) ... but I still would've preferred a slice of lemon in the top!
I managed to find a free street park without too much problem. It's a lovely place.
I have been here before when it was called Covo, now looks like it had a makeover and looking more contemporary and must be a hit for lunch time for the nearby offices. I am here on a cold Friday night with a friend. We started with the antipasto platter with a selection of meat, olives, cheese and bruschette, (no focaccia tho like it said on the menu?). Then I had the Gamberi prawn pasta with spaghetti. I thought I could choose what pasta to have (I had wanted fettuccine) but anyway it was divine. the pasta felt really fresh and the flavour with a hint of chilli was excellent. My friend had the 4 cheese pizza and that was also very delicious with 4 very different type of cheese to give a good variety and fairly big for one person (so I helped her). For dessert I had a tiramisu and she had a creme brulee and they were good, but not amazing.
There's only a few seating indoor so we were in the outside area half covered with plastic and heat lamps, but it definitely gets cold near the end of the meal (when consuming cold desserts). I also didn't like how we had to wait for our table (& the previous table to leave) even tho we had booked.
