Ramen Daikoku - Auckland Central - Photo album

Old school Ramen Daikoku right by Britomart. It's been many years since I last visited, but the taste is still authentic. The broth is tasty and the ramen spot on. Big portions and they are generous on the meat, especially the pork belly. You can order side dishes too. The place is not big, so can f
Great authentic Ramen from this unassuming spot in town 😋 Quick table service, loud shouty regaling of said order to the legend of a chef who’s clearly been doing this for at least 600 years, and the food arrives at your table rapidly thereafter 👍🏽 Perfect spot to warm your winter filled bones. M
Probably the best ramen place that I have been to! We ordered tonkotsu ramen and hot energy ramen. Big portions with nicely made noodles and flavourful broth. If you are not a fan of spicy ramen then do not order the hot energy ramen, but for me I loved it as I love spicy food. We also ordered tako
Quick katsuge don fix. Cozy ambiance and quick food preparation. Overall good dining experience
I love this place. It's been pretty much the same for about 30 years though it's moved through various incarnations of management and slightly shabby decor the noodles have always been superb, simple, delicious, elegant. Ramen Daikoku is a gift that keeps giving.
The price of combo is really good. The broth is amazing. Love it
This place is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. A cosy and welcoming little place, the folks at Ramen Daikoku know good ramen, which means having quality broth is essential. The flavour in their Tonkotsu is fantastic and the price is very reasonable. If you want something with a bit of spice,
Fantastic tasty food, delivered really quickly. The staff are lovely and it is a tucked away little location with a nice vibe. I hadn't been for 10 years or so and was thrilled it is still around and as tasty as ever! Next time I won't leave it so long!
This place really has an authentic feel, really takes me back to my holiday in Japan. Great food, very well priced and fast. We return almost on a fortnightly basis after work.
This was my local for ramen in Auckland, but also for chaahan (fried rice). The combination clear soup and chaahan of the Britomart Daikoku is amazing. If you order some karaage, and then eat a karaage piece with mayo, then after that a spoon of chaahan and quickly drink the clear soup, it creates a
My regular spot. One of the best broths I've tasted. Excellent noodles and great sides. Only complaint is they raised the price and it's a little run down. But the value for money is still there.
Used to go there a lot for dinner as its close to my first workplace after uni and often ordered my favorite combo: Tonkotsu shoyu ramen plus curry rice. Love the counter seat and interaction with the chef.
Big portion, cheap and not too expensive. Hidden behind valley. And delicious too in a cold day
