Our first time visit to Sugar at chelsea BAy was amazing , the food was yummy and coffee was awesome, we had chocolate cake as well , it was tasty and very rich . Staff service was awesome as well .
Delicious food, lovely vibe and friendly staff. There's an impressive range of cabinet "sweet treats" which we were too full to try, after our brunches. We'll definitely go back for coffee and cake!
Great atmosphere at this place. The lady at the reception was very nice. Tables are usually full so booking is recommended.

The girl with piercings was lovely, enjoyed talking to customers. Though we all have sore tummies from the food - it was all quite heavy and not good value for money in my opinion - $6 coffee is quite dare. Nice location though I guess that’s what you’re paying for.

This is my second visit on this trip. The manager is very kind. There are some people who enjoy relaxing. It is a place where you can see the big bridge across to the beach, sea, yacht, and downtown while drinking coffee.
It is convenient to book here in google maps. The food is great as well as the crew is very friendly. My son and wife love's it. We will surely be back along with our friends next time. 😃

Beautiful cafe tucked away on the edge of the harbour. Excellent atmosphere and friendly staff.
Plenty of space, whether inside or outside, with a playground for the kids. The coffee was divine and the food was reasonably good with respectively fair prices.

Lovely cafe, with amazing view. Downside is the only way to pay is spilting by number of people (and not by what each person ordered) which is super inconvenient.
