Came here the other day with a friend and we both ordered the simply kiwi crepe which was a lemon sugar one. It was so yum and light but the only thing is there isn't a lot of eating so I would recommend them to expand but it is hard when they are in the middle of Ponsonby Central. They are also presented super cute. I would totally come back here to try out some of the other crepes as they all sound delish :))

What a gem in the heart of Ponsonby! The crepes taste like the real French "McCoy" and the staff are friendly (and have gorgeous accents!). Merci pour les crepes :)
Great crepes! Service is a bit lackluster. There definitely doesn't seem to be any sense of urgency. But if you are willing to wait then you do get a made to order crepe. If you need a coffee to go with it eight thirty is just next door.
Delicious muy bien, I love the crepes here the atmosphere is so so. The service is good I have been here quite a few times and every time I have I always try to try something new but it's very hard when you crave the ones you have had before. The seating area is small especially if you want to sit and watch them make it, how ever there are other seating areas you can sit at. Would definitely recommend to go there as I have many times.

Have always wanted to give this crepe store a go, been passed it many times when going through Ponsonby central. I had the opportunity to do so today. My friend and I both settled for the sweet tooth crepe, which had banana cream with sprinkles and their own caramel sauce. It was outstanding! The caramel was delicious and the crepe was too. The service is really good! The man offer us water which was very nice. Also I was lucky to get a 10% discount because I had my student ID. Yay. 😂

Love this place!!! Love the Nutella crepes and love the customer service. It has a chill environment and that's what I really like about it. They have a variety of things you can order which is good as it's nice to change up your order sometimes but, yes it's very nice and good :)
I suggested to some friends that we meet here. I was surprised to find it located far in the building with some other casual restaurants in a marketplace type setting. I had the Blue Rdv and I also tried the Big is better savoury crepes. They were the open-faced style crepes served on cutting boards with pizza cutters. It was a fun way to eat and the people working the stall were all French, adding legitimacy to the meal. I personally didn't enjoy the fillings in the Blue Rdv, while I enjoy blue cheese, it was extremely overpowering. The other crepe I tried was much better because of the filling and the fillings were generous for the price. Overall, it was a very good value and fun place to eat.
My first time trying their crepes (I got the caramellow) and I literally did a happy dance. Love the crisp and the fillings are so generous you can taste the dark chocolate and caramel sauce with every bite. I like how they are conveniently located near the exit to the car park which makes takeaway so easy. But we were lucky enough to find 2 seats for ourselves. Don't undermine this small place with limited seats cause these guys really churn out delicious crepes!
I always get the same thing, anything with Nutella is good by me! I did have the pear one last time and that was nice. But just the plain Nutella crepe is the best. Service is okay, I do like it how you can see them making the crepes that's pretty cool. Would recommended to anyone who has a sweet tooth and is looking for something small and easy to munch while you walk around the shops of ponsonby.
I love coming here when we have a sugar craving that we can't kick! Our go to is the banana, bacon and syrup for me, the Nutella and strawberry for my partner and a savory one to share! All the crepes are made in front of you, the ingredients and fresh and they never disappoint, they're consistently delicious. Highly recommended if you're in the area or even if you're not!
Love this place. Often go here for a crepe on a Sunday morning. More a take away place but there is one large table fitting 8 people. There are sweet crepe options or savoury. Staff are always very friendly.
This place is so hidden in the Ponsonby central hub and we thought we were never gonna find it! Luckily we did and we were able to order 2 filling crepes for lunch! I've always wanted to try their crepes partly because it seemed like a novelty and also the prices are very reasonable.
We had the good fella (spinach and cheese) as well as rustique (chicken and mushrooms). Both had an abundance of cheese. The toppings were alright although more would be better as at the moment it's a bit flimsy and insubstantial. I also found the crepes quite bland so more seasoning (apart from salt and pepper-perhaps chutney/sauce etc.) would make it better! The crepes itself were quite airy and nicely done.
Definitely still keen to go back and get one of their sweet treats.
hands down the best crepes I have ever tasted in MY LIFE! so much variety especially if you are wanting a savoury crepe rather than the usual sweet. All the ingredients are perfect and I am constantly craving this place. However, the staff seem to be very judgemental and ignorant some of the time. If you ever ask how long the crepes will be some of them will roll their eyes. Also crepes can sometimes take an extremely long time to arrive. Its such a shame that this happens as the food is superb and the service is definitely a let down.
This is our first time on this place and because we were coming from a breakfast, we decided to just share something.
Keep in mind this place is a very small place located on Ponsonby market and in a busy time you probably will want your order to go.
The crepe arrived a couple of minutes after we ordered once the place was not busy. The combination of Nutella, banana and coconut were quite interesting and we quite liked they used toasted coconut which gives you a kind of special flavour in the end. I think they could be a little bit more generous on the Nutella filling and make it a little bit thicker and covering the whole base but this is a very personal opinion, my partner was quite happy the way it was done. Perhaps next time I'm gonna ask them to make the inside layers a bit thicker.
I would definitely recommend this place if you are a sweet lover and it's passing by Ponsonby looking for some treat or sugar to your brain.

Good little spot for a sweet or savoury crepe in the heart of Ponsonby! We decided to have dessert here and it definitely was a great idea. We ordered the Belle Hélène and Banana Love and they were both great! Sit at the bar seats to watch your crepes being made and enjoy! Really love the pizza cutter and board combination that the crepes are served on as it made for easy crepe consumption and sharing! The crepes are cooked to perfection with the right amount of filling so every bite is flavourful. Best to come when it isn't too full as there is usually only one person making the crepes!
Had wanted to come here for ages after hearing how good this place was! So when we were in the area and having dinner we knew this had to be dessert! It was pretty quiet when we was there so didnt take long to make them at all! Me and my partner both decided for nutella and banana! Dream combo right there! We had asked if we could have almonds as an extra but the girl didnt understand which was abit annoying but no biggie! I loved the crepe and my partner devoured his within seconds! Good ratio of nutella to banana aswell and the pizza slicer is such a cool idea to help cut the crepe! The price is not bad either $7 or $8 if you want whipped cream! The board it comes on is a good idea too and i found it funny that it says "i love nutella" ...it was like it was made for me! I loved the crepe so much i came back the next day for the same one haha!

Came here at a busy time so the wait was a little longer than expected. I ordered a sugar and lemon crepe. The crepe itself was nice but it needed a little bit more sugar to balance the lemon. Will definitely go back and try other flavours next time.
I am a massive Nutella and banana crepe fan! So of course when I saw Crepes A Go Go in Ponsonby Central I had to try one of theirs. They do savoury and sweet crepes and cover combinations to satisfy everyone's taste buds! The Nutella and banana crepe was delicious!
I think I'm in love. I have been wanting to come here for the longest time and went for dessert after quite a big brunch. Crepes A Go Go was very busy, and we were just lucky to get seats as people left!
Two of us ordered the Nutella and strawberry crepes, and Jessica got the banana, coconut and Nutella crepe. BOTH WERE AMAZING. We also sat right in front of where they make the crepes and I was being a creep and couldn't stop watching them being made! Aaaah!

This cute stall in Ponsonby Central makes amazing fresh crepes. Sweet or savoury! I love to come here whenever were in Auckland! I've been a few times now, and I've managed to try a few of their flavours.
My favourite is the Complete deluxe for $12. It's made with a buckwheat crepe and topped with ham, cheese, caramelised onion and an egg! this combination is delish! They fold in the edges to make a square thats crisp on the outside. I've also had the smoked salmon, cream cheese and chives one. This wasn't as nice, because there was too much cream cheese for me and it was quite sickly. I've also had the smoked chicken, cheese and mushroom one as well. It was nice but i think my ultimate favourite is the Complete Deluxe! However, the last crepe i tried here was a ham, cheese, egg, tomato, mushroom and caramelised onion. It was so tasty! The buckwheat crepe was warm and and crispy on the outside. This combination was delicious! I think this might be my new favourite! As for the sweet crepes, I've only tried the chocoberry for $8.50. This consisted of a sweet crepe filled with melted dark chocolate and a berry sauce with cream. the fist few bites were nice, but then it got quite sweet and sickly to my liking. Although the sweet crepes are cheaper, I think I prefer the savoury ones.
Theres always the same friendly french people that serve us. I love how you can watch them freshly make it, and how they serve it you you on a wooden board with a pizza cutter and a fork. It makes it fun to eat. The servings are decent too! I highly recommend this cute little place! :D

We ordered the "complete" crepe and the "exotica" crepe. Both tasted amazing. I thought eating on the communal table opposite to strangers would be weird but it really wasn't!

Whether I'm out for lunch in Ponsonby Central crepes a go go is always my first choice for a something sweet!
I only ever order the sweet crepes but I like that there is also the option for savoury. The crepes are so thin and delicious and topped with just the right amount of sauces/ toppings as not to become TOO sweet. I love the little sit down area too and the pizza cutters you get given to eat them with.
If you go definitely order one with Nutella!!

I've been to Crepes A Go Go multiple times, but only for their sweet crepes which were amazing on its own but woaaaah, I did NOT expect their savoury buckwheat ones to be ever better! Came here for a late lunch with 6 other friends and was lucky to see the big table wasnt occupied :P After approx 10 minutes, all of us had finally decided on what to order ( this was exremely hard as everything on the menu sounded so good!). The French lady at the counter was SUPER friendly and patient; she was extremely helpful when it came to my turn as my indecisiveness is over lvl9000
In the end, I opeted for the classic Paris for Ever which was pretty much just Ham and cheese. The others had gone for the Big is Good which was pretty much a breakfast style crepe that came with bacon, tomatoes, cheese and an egg, a Taste of Provence ( Feta, tomato and Basil), a Complete ( ham cheese and egg) and a Croque Monsieur ( ham , cheddar, butter and ofc Bechanel). I had even asked for a little bit of Feta for my Paris for Ever and she gave me a generous amount for no extra charge T_T
Choosing a favourite out of all these crepes was hard as all of them were so goood ( and actually quite similar in taste except for the taste of provence). The crepes were perfectly cooked and crisp, UGH SO GOOD. best part too is that if you're a student, you get a 10% discount haha
-Big is good: Definitely go for this if you're a bacon & cheese lover, super flavoursome and satisfying-Taste of Provence: A lighter option for those that are looking for a more healthier option I guess as it had feta instead of cheddar and had no meat, probably my least favourite of all the crepes tho but thats cos im a sucker for meat and cheddar.-Paris for Ever: Highly reccomend this 10/10, so simple but sooo delicious :)-Croque Monsieur: Actually really similar to Paris for Ever, so would reccomend to just order Paris for Ever and save the extra $2 haha
Overall, super nice ambience and amazing customer service + fantastic food. Would return in a heartbeat :)
p.s. Visit the deli right next to the table, they sell the best $5 lamb pita wraps packed full of hummus and falafels; SO GOOD! A french man that works there a few times a week is also extremely friendly and hilarious ( Thank you Christian for your superb service )

We came here for breakfast this morning.it is a very small area in the ponsonby central food area. We ordered two savory crepes and a sweet one. I love love the crepes here. They are amaizng and reminds me of France. It makes it even better that the people employed r actually french. The rustique is very tasty as well as the big is good. Thoroughly enjoyed each bite. We had exotica for dessert crepe n its amazing too. Wish they have more sitting place though

Came here for breakfast on a Saturday morning with my girlfriends. My friend and I shared a croque monsieur ($10) and the sweet temptation with lemon curd ($5).
The croque monsieur was tasty and the flavours were well balanced. It was my first time having a savoury crepe (called a 'galette') so wasn't quite sure what to expect. The crepe itself was thin and had a nice crunch to it, though a bit too dry on the sides.
The sweet crepe was simple but yum. The crepe was nice and soft and the lemon curd had the right amount of sweet and tang to it. The chocolate fish was a bonus haha!
Getting a savoury and sweet to share between two was definitely the best way to go about it as I was left full and satisfied. Will be back to try the other flavours!

Crepes a Go Go really is a unique treat. Sometimes I wanna take a big group there but unfortunately there are only so many seats. The stall only fit about 7 max unfortunately. I always go for the sweet options but my friends seem to really enjoy their savory one as well.
Service is friendly and quick. They are very informative if you ever need to ask anything. But everything is pretty straight forward on the menu anyhow. I suggest getting a savory and then a sweet one of you are a big eater and want a decent meal. Other than that sharing several with someone else is a very good alternative.
Also I love the pizza slicer. It makes it so much easier! Kudos for that!
Whenever I find myself at Ponsonby Central I tend to be dragged in the direction of these crepes as they smell really good. I have to admit I have only tried the sweet crepes and have enjoyed them every time. They are simple and really reasonable priced for a Ponsonby location. I recently became gluten free and tried the crepes again with gluten free base and would recommend these only in the savoury style as the flavours didn't match. Overall these are great for a snack and I look forward to trying the new store out in the viaduct!

I had the Norvegian Catch which was the salmon with cream cheese savoury crepe and it was delicious!! It was full of flavour and did not disappoint. Only thing I would say is that it wasn't filling for a 12 dollar meal. Other than that, good and quick service and nice indoor table seating within the market
I find that there is nothing more satisfying than watching a crêpe being made right Infront of your eyes. I always seem to be in Ponsonby and my first option for when I have a sweet tooth is Crêpes a Gogo.
A lovely wide range of fillings and even savoury crêpes (gallettes) which are much less popular but really delicious and filling. My personal favourite is the strawberry and chocolate crêpe. I love it because just as you feel like the chocolate is getting to be too much, the tangy strawberry flavour cuts through it.
I come here very often after a nice meal and I won't be stopping anytime soon.
Chanced upon this place while exploring Ponsonby Central with my boyfriend.
Food: We ordered the Pear, Nutella and almond crepe and it was yum. Lots of Nutella and they were very generous with the almonds. The pizza cutter provided was a nice touch.
Ambience: there was bar area to sit and It was pretty cool watching the crepes made in front of us. Other than that, there's another table that sits 8 or so. Very limited seating, but acceptable as it is ponsonby central.
Service: quick and fast service, very average.
Overall: I enjoyed myself and I loved the sweet crepes! Will be back to try the savory ones, and the 10% student discount is an added bonus to return ;)

the french toast crepes ($9) we ordered here were good but nothing more and nothing less. the combination of bacon and maple syrup and bananas is always a winner and this applies to crepes too - they were pretty nice and tasty but they were still nothing special. not to mention the lady serving us from behind the counter seemed quite unfriendly and the pizza slicer provided was pretty much useless because it was blunt. would i come back here? probably not.

Crepes A Go Go is a great quick bite for lunch. Located in Ponsonby Central it's a cute small stall inside, with a couple of sharing tables and a bar table that sits in front of the stall itself. The owners who originate from France aim to bring a taste of France to NZ serving savoury and sweet, galettes and crepes made from buckwheat, which is a great option for those who are gluten free.
Between the two of us we shared 1 savoury galette and 1 sweet crepe. What's a great idea are the pizza cutters that are served on the side. It makes it easier to slice smoothly and neatly to share the crepes evenly. The crepes themselves were good especially since they are made of buckwheat. The fillings weren't extraordinary but they are what you can expect when ordering a crepe, plus they are something light to eat. For the price and the size they were fitting and would go back to crepes a go go again for a quick bite. If you're really hungry I suggest ordering 3 crepes between two people.
Lovely service and something light to eat if you're in Ponsonby.

Friendly staff, yummy crepes and a good few to choose from. Price is pretty reasonable to, as one crepe usually fills me up. Downside would be the seating, sometimes you order and don't get told that there's not space to sit, as they don't want you to eat on the other tables in pons central. So sometimes your crepe will be cooked and waiting, by the time you get to it its stone cold. But this is mostly at fault of the space, not necessarily the service. I still go back.
Crepes A Go Go opened with much fanfare and were an instant success in the stylish Ponsonby Central. My friend and I were really curious and decided to give it a "go" during their first few weeks of opening. There were plenty of people but little seating areas and after managing to find some seats we ordered 2 sweet crepes, a citrus fruit one and a coconut with Nutella and banana crepe whilst grabbing coffee from the next stall. The staff were friendly and the crepes were fresh and really tasty. However, the environment was perhaps just too crowded and as the seating areas are shared there were constantly people looking for spare tables, previous customers plates and cups left uncleared etc
So overall, this is a great little place and a welcome addition to the existing eateries in ponsonby. But next time I might choose a quieter session when in need of a taste of France.

Looks like a new addition to Ponsonby Central. I was here a day before but was too full by the time I saw it and happen to be back here the next day so saved some stomach. They have a range of sweet and savoury flavours. Technically I think the savoury ones should be called galettes? It's also wrapped differently than the sweet crepes. Today we already had lunch so we just got desserts with caramellow crepes which has chocolate and home-made caramel. We opted for dark chocolate (you can choose from milk, white and nutella) and added whipped cream for $1 extra.
The crepes came on nice wooden boards and they gave you a pinwheel cutter instead of a knife. It makes the cutting way easier, but not so much for picking up like a knife would. Crepes was very yummy, the dark chocolate went with the sweetly caramel. We had to eat it quick as the whipped cream was melting fast.
They have about 5 seats along the counter and a rustic table next to it which I found the bench seat to be too faraway from from the table (and they are immovable). Also I think anyone can sit there and can get a bit messy, but I suppose that the creperies are typically for takeaways.
Might have to come back to try their savoury crepes, would make a good breakfast or lunch. Not sure if they had any water available, but there are drinks available in the next stall over.

Used to come here often around 8 years ago when it was still called Crepes agogo, loved this place. Came here again moving back to NZ, and the sweet crepes were amazing as usual, but the savory ones greatly decreased in quality, with very few ingredients. It used to be filled with them and tasted the best! Not many places do sun dried tomatoes, which is my absolute favourite! Really wish they would go back to what they used to be.

Had the pleasure of meeting the owner on an Emirates flight to AKL. Introduced me to his wonderful Crêperie.
As a globetrotter and food Aficionado, I knew I had to check this place out! I've been to France many times and know that the French take their wines, boulangeries and sweet seriously.
The shop is located inside Ponsonby Central, a prime location with loads of other restaurants around. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating with great ambience.
I ordered the Supreme Poire Crepe - it was loaded with pears, roasted almonds and nutella - topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Presentation was beautiful, toppings were plenty.
I took the first bite with my eyes closed and was immediately transported back to Bormes-les-Mimosas, a small village in the south of France where I had one of the best crepes ever. For me to have this feeling after trying their crepes clearly shows how authentic and delicous it was.
For those of you who live in NZ, this is the closest you'll get to trying the real thing in France!
Will definitely be coming back one day and promoting this place to my colleagues.

A late night discovery, perfect light sweet treat to end our evening. We had the banana & chocolate / Carmel banana and cream / chocolate & berries. Highly recommend a visit.
We had a crepe breakfast for both of us. I had the Bleu (blue cheese from Auvergne France) and The Complete (NZ Champagne Ham, Cheese and Free Range Egg) which was delicious! The French speaking lady also help give authenticity to the food she prepared - good service too! Have breakfast here and get your coffee from the neighbouring stall.
Still great crepes. It is a favourite, have now been multiple times. 3pm is a great time, not crowded These were beautiful pancakes. Fresh and many different sweet or savoury options.
My wife and I have driven past this place a lot never knowing what what inside and only to find multiple eateries. We had a goal of finding crepes. We found the best in Auckland. Although it was early and quiet, this place would vibe during peak hours.
Food was beautiful and service was great. The food was ready in 10 minutes.
I was recommended to take my kids for a treat - they loved it (and so did I). For them especially to sit at the counter and watch them being made. We’ve been back again also and just as good second time round.
Highly recommend, for us it’s a Sunday morning outing and dine in. I did notice they were doing a few takeaways.

Our first time in this place today for dessert after lunch. Such nice and friendly service with awesome crepes. We will be back again for sure.
I work in Ponsonby and grab crepes/waffles from the team at least once or twice a week and they are seriously delicious! From their 'Chocolat' waffles with banana to my very favourite Poulet crepe, every order has hit its mark over and over again. The girls are really friendly and have a great work ethic. Already thinking about what to order next!

Ordered yummy crepes for breakfast- had some issues with Uber but the owner helped us personally. So many tempting options. It was hard to pick. Loved all the ones we ordered and will be in to try others. Definitely recommend
I just loved watching them make the crepes here because they made it look like an art form and how nice it to see your food being created right in front of you. For this reason I am surprised by the last review about a piece of plastic getting into their food without them noticing. They present the crepes nicely on wooden boards too. I also really liked the retro decor of the place.
