Amazingly friendly staff, incredibly tasty salads and a great menu - I LOVE the soups and smoothies and the ferments they have. Please recommend this place to everyone!
Great coffee with nut milk, it's ALWAYS good.
Thank you Darren and Vicky for looking after and valuing your customers and keeping them happy . Would highly recommend Sip Kitchen to everyone.
My new favorite cafe! Beautiful food, knowledgeable staff. I’ll definitely be a regular
Hands down best cafe and it’s also the most healthy
Awesome selection of healthy goodness, I love their salad bowls - tempeh is amazing! It’s great how they don’t stick to just one diet but offer keto and vegan as well as other well balanced options.
Fav cafe in NM! Huge fan of their cabinet salads for takeaway. Very good serving sizes! Would rate a 5 Star but not fan of their coffee. I’ve tried the coffee a few different times now and haven’t been able to drink it.. I get almond milk and have learnt that they make their own which is great except it’s very watery.
Ah-mazing food with consistently lovely service from all the staff. I work in Newmarket but only discovered this place recently - and what a find it has been! As a vegetarian this place is a diamond in the rough with 95% of the food on offer either vegan or vegetarian. I've tried a range salads which you can actually enjoy eating (not just for the health benefits!) along with the Mediterranean patty and the moussaka - all delicious. Greenie in a Bottle is must-have if you're a green juice fan (packed full of goodness) and the lemon ginger slice shows how raw-ing should be done. Keep up the great work Sip Kitchen!
I had an incredible acai bowl and pick up a couple of mini slices of heaven too.
This is a super cute little place with beautiful food. Excellent customer service.
Its a shared building where the other side of the building is filled with huge rolls of fabric.
Im going to guess and say this place can only seat 12 people and not convenient for those with prams bc its quite a small place
I had Quinoa Peanut salad which doesn’t tasted fresh and smelly. Staff are friendly and has many healthy options to eat.Just need to make sure you’re picking the fresh food from the menu as I had salads many times it’s just today the quinoa salad is smelly.Prices are neither pricey nor cheap
Loved the food choices. As someone with a couple of allergies I was super stoked to find it. Their food is amazing and is pretty much my go to for lunch.
I was actually headed to Little and Friday for brunch with a friend on a Sunday but since the place was quiet busy and I didn't wanna wait long - we walked out and spotted this small and adorable eatery.
They're quick and efficient. And yes, their hot Chocolate is a must try, it's so flavourful and satisfying. I was actually surprised by how good it was.
Sip kitchen definitely has the best raw treats in Auckland. The great thing is they do bite sized treats so you can get a couple different flavours instead of committing to one. Lemon slice is unbelievably good as well as the caramel and brownie. Tried one of their frittatas which I wouldn't recommend as it was quite bland.
Just had a little pop in but the coffee there is amazing and the employees are quite friendly. The atmosphere though it's a part of a fabric store is quite soothing and relaxing, and the organic foods are delightful and appealing. Love it ❤

It's always refreshing to see different restaurants and it's even better when they specialise in certain cuisines/styles.
Sip Kitchen is located within Martha's Fabrics store. It's small, delicate, and very niche in its culinary yummies.
Serving organic and raw food, they have a food cabinet which is filled with colourful and tasty looking meals. With a wide range of options, SIP definitely makes raw organic food sexy.
I had an roasted egg plant with cous cous and a beetroot brownie. Now I must admit I'm not the biggest fan of raw foods, so I'll try not to be too biased. The egg plant had a nice chewy texture and the cous cous combination was interesting. Being honest however, I did find the flavour a bit lacking.
Turning my attention to the brownie I was both intrigued and cautious. Would these Sip people tarnish a good old brownie with their raw ingredients???
To my surprise, I thought Sip did a fantastic job. My brownie had amazing cocoa taste infused with a little sweetness from the beetroot. Although the texture was a bit rougher than your typical brownie, I loved how light I felt after eating it. Most brownies would leave me satisfied but also feeling a little heavy. No such feelings here that's for sure.
Great addition to Newmarket cafe scene.
Showstopper: Beetroot Brownies?? Really?? Yesss!
Overall Grade: B
Another new healthy eatery that I will definitely be back to check out again. As we did visit during its first few weeks of opening, there were a few teething issues such as certain menu items not being available however the service with the food was extremely quick and the food was delicious. I ordered the banana bread and juice whilst others ordered the acai bowl and the soup of the day. The banana bread was a tasty take on banana bread with the addition of cashew cream and berry jam. I will definitely be back to try another sit down meal again or some of the tasty looking morsels in the cabinet.
Friendly and helpful staff with great explanation of menu options.
Normally not my cup of tea but with great reviews by friends had too give this place a go.
Big fat thumbs up
See you on my next days off
I am stretching myself by coming to a place that has a principle of whole foods no gluten and no sugar. Coffee is organic and excellent and I have with my coffee a slice made from tahini and macadamia nuts very yummy. Pleasant music and staff. Even if you are not into completely healthy eating give it a try as you will be surprised.
Quite hard to find and wouldn't have visited it without Google maps but it was worth the walk from CBD. Delicious smoothie bowl and pretty good coffee! 🙂
The other food like salads seemed to be really good as well. 6/5 stars 😊
Staffs are professional and really helpful. Lots of great food for people glten free and keto
They are keto-friendly which is not common in Auckland. I ordered their egg Benedict, and it’s not the classic one I imagined. I did not realize its a keto dish until I found 4 pieces of big mushroom instead of sourdough. And the dish smells like coconut which I assume they used coconut oil to pan fried the mushroom. The poached egg is a bit solid then usual poached egg for egg Benedict. It’s overall a interesting experience, except for small portion and a bit pricey ($19)
Really delicious lunch. Lovely atmosphere. Vegan options that were super tasty
Yea.. It was good. Taste wise, I think it will never be as good as normal full of sugar unhealthy food.. But for being refine sugar free, raw, keto focus meals... It is very very good. Is hard to find Cafe that willing to go down not yet popular path. Good job
A fantastic place for raw fooders, with non-raw options too. Great home made almond milk and cultured health drinks made from vegetables. Also lovely smoothies. They use really top quality ingredients
These guys are doing the BEST job of creating incredibly tasty gluten free, dairy free, vegan, sugar free...basically the healthiest food one can realistically put in ones mouth. Its so much nicer, give it a try, your tummy will so thank you for it - thanks guys for your passion in changing Aucklands food choices for the better, youre doing a great job and the chef is super talented :)
Ordered amazing keto grazing boxes for a board meeting last week and they were so yum and healthy. The Board were impressed which gained me brownie points - will def us again - thanks Harrison and team!
Favourite cafe in Auckland! Real healthy and the best tasting keto food I’ve had! Caters for meat eaters and vegans, foods just as delicious whatever the choice
A dinky little cafe which is hidden away and seems to be a front for retail/specialty shop, sorry but not a shopper! Anyway went to try their bullet proof coffee, it would take getting used to however I did like it. It has coconut and butter blended with the coffee. Not as thick as I thought it might be. I didn't try the food but it did look healthy and tasty. A bit out of my way but will visit again!
Great place, both locations. The salads are especially worth visiting for. Unaccountably don't have soy milk thru some weird beliefs by the owners. If they did I would visit most days, but as it is just an occasional visit for me.
Wow AMAZING selection of healthy "alternative" food. Vegan, Keto, all fresh and lots of variety. Small setting shared with the wonderful Martha's fabric store.
Had the best kale salad of my life here - tasty and satisfying. Would be great if they had more seating, but the wall-side tables are quite cute
Cozy wee cafe that caters to those with dietary requirements (GF, DF, vegan, paleo etc), or those who actually care about what they put in their mouths! Really good selection of food, and its yum af too!
Just brilliant for anyone on the keto journey!
Nice variety, something for everyone. Keto options are good. I enjoyed the tea, salad and slice.
An amazing place to eat and the staff are so kind and attentive. The food is truly healthy and delicious.
