There aren't many good, reasonably priced (i.e. <$14) lunch restaurants this side of town. Fortunately Sushi Kokoya is one of those. I love the variety, sushi, donburi, udon and poke. I also enjoyed the ability to make your own lunch box. My only issue was the lack of labelling (price and product),
In my personal opinion I find this place different, I really like it, specialy the variety, my only issue with this place was the lack of labelling, its hard to know the prices and it ended up being very expensive, nice place, lovely, and friendly staff.

They have fantastic sushi dishes and love the free bee they give. You can order hot drinks as well. Totally loved it
This place is definitely a pleaser. So much variety in sushi, fried tempura, rice/noodle dishes and the newer addition of the poke lunch bowls. Cost is reasonable and service is always great.
Amazing sushi selection
Good sushi but be careful with price counting, happened few times to me that I was asked to pay more than should. Some of the stuff needs to practice math!
Good selection of sushi , and menu orders are served quickly, wish they label the sushi with price.
