We came here for our couples date night using the GrabOne voucher ( 2 course meal with wine for 4 people at $120).
The restaurant is part of the VR Queen St Hotel so it was just a small dinning area on the ground floor and reception area.
It wasn’t too busy on a Sunday night just a couple other tables occupied. Parking was a bit hard to find but if you ask at reception they can show you where to park.
We ordered the sticky pork ribs with risotto and salt and pepper squid with Asian slaw for entree. The meat on the pork ribs was tough not falling off the bones but the taste was good.
For the mains we ordered beef eye fillet with risotto, pan fried salmon and grilled lamb rack. One of the beef fillet was cooked a bit rare ( we requested medium rare) so had to be sent back to redo. Aside from that small setback the meat were all very tender and delicious. Service was great, the waitress were very attentive and clearing our dirty plates when done.

Had breakfast here on Wednesday morning. I had the french toast and it is one of the best french toast i had. The bread was soft and the caramelized banana was perfect. Will be back again. Manpreet Singh

We were greeted by a cheerful waitresses and they were extremely friendly and helpful. They offered us a drinks and food menu when we sat down.The mochachino was delishhh and very good.
I ordered Pan seared Salmon and it was perfectly cooked as i wanted.It was also presented with alot of side dish.The portion of size were really good. My friend had a grilled beef fillet and looks deliscious too.. The food that we had are not that really expensive but in a affordable value. We will definetly be back..Highly recommended!
I had a perfect rare medium beef and reef last night. i highly recommend this one to all. A must try! two thumbs to Sarah, who assisted me in a very professional way of service and with matching genuine smile in serving my food in the table. keep up the good work!

I went out with a couple of friends on 9th August. I ordered a creamy seafood chowder and beef and reef for mains. The food was excellent and the service exceeded my expectations. My attendant was very helpful and warm.
I had a great experience on this restaurant. Great food. Great customer service. Positive staffs. I am looking forward to come back again with my friends. And try different foods on their menu.
I met my friend here and we had breakfast, it was really amazing. Staff was attentive, helpful, and friendly and the food was nice, i had eggs benedict with salmon and spinach and it melted on my mouth so good. Perfect Morning! thumbs up latitude 36.
It's in a hotel but it is a really nice place for dinner! We ordered the beef and reef. The beef is so juicy! And the seafood soup is delicious as well!
"Speechless" all i can say is "this resturant is superb!" Had a breakfast with my partner and the food was awesome, service was really fantastic with 2 lovely food attendant. They have a great coffee with an art. Thank you latitude 36 for giving us wonderful morning to start our day.
Food is perfect and a lot of smiley people around you! Really lovely staff and a highly recommended place to share a plate. Book in advance they get busy from time to time ;)
Very nice, quiet and elegant restaurant close to the city... lovely people... breakfast is awsome... I come often and definetelly will come again... coffe is great as well.

It was awesome to dine in at latitude 36. Their breakfast meal was really good. I had a good time dining in this restaurant and also the staffs were friendly and approachable. Keep up the good work!
We had our dinner last night here and i would like to take this opportunity to thank the two lovely ladies who made our night so special. Their service was superb, one of them named serah and their food was lovely; compliments to their chefs. This restaurant is really great though its small but overall we enjoyed our dinner last night. Thumbs up!

Got a Groupon voucher for this place and dined here on Mother's Day. Quite a small restaurant considering its part of a hotel in CBD but quiet for a Sunday night. Staff are lovely. Ordered the cob loaf, beef and reef with a glass of wine, and the lattice top apple pie. Generous portion for a Cob loaf but needed more of the olive oil-vinegar drizzle. The beef and reef was awesome, mine was medium rare as ordered, flavours were great and I polished off everything that was on the plate....YUM! Finished my meal on a sweet note with the apple pie. The pastry was ok and the filling wasn't too tart. Just felt that the apple pie isn't 'whole'. Where has the other half of the pie gone to?

We used a groupon voucher so it included bread entree and main and a wine...bread as previously stated was generous. Dips nice.little though.
Our entrees arrive and they were little as pictured but were yummo and more than adequate sizewize. .fresh seafood.
Mains were both yummo had beefnreef and he had the.pork.
Only thing was the atmosphere which lacked immensely. Due to the front desk and large bus tours. All that aside the service was attentive and caring. Food fab. Would return.
Never heard of this amazing restaurant until I bought a couple of vouchers to try it out. What an AMAZING restaurant, small but great service & delicious meal. The lovely staffs were superb, made us felt very welcome and compliments to the chefs too....amazing meals. We enjoyed the bread loaf with garlic butter & dips, the Seafood platter & Seafood chowder were good portion as entree. The main meals were of high standard and we couldn't finish them coz' we were quite full after the bread & entree. Overall, fantastic night out with good food & company. The vouchers made it very worth while to try out this restaurant. The meals are reasonably priced being in a hotel & CBD. Keep up the good service, Latitude 36.
We went for tea last night using the groupon voucher. The service was very good, we arrived at 5.45 pm and where the only 2 people in the restaurant. The entree bread and dip was nice. They did not have the pork belly on the menu so we both had the salmon on rissotto and it was melt in the mouth delicious, I didn't finish the risotto, it was lovely but there was a lot of it. We had apple pie and icecream for dessert which had lovely pastry and was delicious too. We also got SAV wine with the groupon. It was nice and quiet and a lovely setting with two lovely waitresses - we enjoyed it and would come back. Our salmon was perfect and "melt in the mouth".

Went here for Dinner tonight and just like a lot of the foodies here, we went with a groupon voucher. All 6 of us there were seated straight away and the waitress was more than polite. She went through how the dinner will be served and showed us the menu. Soon our drinks (orange juices) and bread loaves came out. The juices were low pulp and had slight artifical flavours, guessing it is probably not 100% squeezed juice but a mixture with concentrate. The bread loaves were ok, not the most amazing bread I've had and the garlic butter centre was just right, not too salty, not too bland. However, the seafood tasting platter that we had as appetizers were a bit of a disappointment. I'm guessing that it may have been a downgraded version of the original, since we were using the coupon. All we got was one prawn, 2 pieces of squid/calamari, and one scallop. That was supposed to be priced at around $15.50 which doesn't even make sense. Even considering the downgrade, it was still a bit of a disappointment with the scallops bland and prawns pretty much just straight up boilled with no seasoning. However, then mains were actually great! I actually really enjoyed my beef and reef with the scotch fillet being cooked BEAUTIFULLY and seasoned. The salmon was a little overcooked but nonetheless soft and juicy with the risotto being well seasoned, creamy and delicious. The lamb however was ordered to be medium rare, but came out well done. Nonetheless, it was still quite soft which was a surprise and really liked the melon salad that went with it. Overall, except for the appetisers, the food was great, the service great, the ambience reasonable (good thing no visitors were there for check ins, may be a different story during daytime). WIthout a coupon, it's a bit pricey for what you get but go with a coupon if available!!
Not much of an ambient person, but the food is great. Every dish we had were cooked to perfection. The delicious starter bread, soft on the inside, crispy on the outside, extremely well done risotto for entree, amazing salmon and lamb. Not to forget the dessert, nice and humble apple pie and chocolate mousse thing. I'm not a big chocolate fan but this is good. Bravo to the chef and kitchen crew. Also credit to the friendly wait staffs. (Sorry I can't remember their name)

Came here for dinner on my bday and I loved my food..the desert chocolate trilogy to die for. Great service as well staff were very friendly. However, I ordered pena colada cocktail and it wasn't that nice it didn't taste like penacolada at all. That's the only downside really.
We had a dinner last night with my friends with a 4 course deal coupon from groupon, what i love in this restuarant is that staff was superb, very friendly and professional. I enjoyed their service as well as the food, though the ambiance is not that big but sometimes its not all about the ambiance. Looking forward to come back here and recommend this to my other friends! Thanks a lot we had a wonderful evening last night.

Service was excellent. The staff were very accomodating and helpful in any way. My sister had her birthday there and they gave her a surprise mini cake. Overall, food was ok but the service topped it all.
We went on the deal but we're really happy with the service. The wait staff is very friendly and the food was amazing- especially chowder with seafood. The dessert triple chocolate is a must. I would totally recommend this one.
We had dinner at the Restaurant while we were staying at the hotel. Friendly staff and great service. We were taken good care of. The wine selection recommendation was good and we did enjoy it while dining. The food was great and delectable. The wait staff recommended us to go for the four course deal which was on at the moment. It was quite a steal I must say.

Myself and 5 other people visited Latitude 36 for buffet breakfast with a voucher. Our voucher was expired but they kindly let us use it still. The atmosphere was great, not overly busy. Breakfast was delicious and all the options were freshly cooked and hadn't been sitting there for hours, as is the case with many buffets. Coffee was also very good. We couldn't fault the food and service at Latitude 36. Will definitely be returning.
We brought a grabone voucher for a 3 course meal for 2 people. I ordered a steak meal and asked for medium rare, it was more like well done, but was still a great meal.

We bought grabone voucher and expected this to be better than normal hotel restaurant. However, there was only one staff working and it took us an hour to get entrees. We were there for two hour which 70% of the times we were waiting for food.
Though, the food was really good and the only staff they had there was very friendly and service minded. He did his best to make sure things were ok, and we were really impressed.
Overall I would 4 out of 5. Food was really good and service was perfect, They should hired more staff though.
Excellent food! They made me gluten free French toast and it was exceptionally good. Coffee was phenomenal. Standard hotel prices and was well worth the expense for breakfast. Knowledgable kind staff too!
