I love their chicken ribs and livers!!! They are a tasty meaty treat. Low fat and good protein. Great for low carb diets. Only $10-$12 a plate. Very monies worth! Love them!

Simply think that they have wonderful service. The staff are always helpful and friendly. As for food, I personally prefer BBQ flavor than the tandoori chicken.
I was never a fan of nando's in Pakistan but by god nando's of Auckland is really amazing.. brilliant tender chicken. I really enjoy eating at nando's. Some time they over cook butter corn. GREAT STUFF GUYS KEEP IT UP.
I was craving peri peri! That’s when I went here! Really enjoyed the chicken strips. Would definitely come back for more!

Everything from the atmosphere to the food is outstanding. Some perks Include free water and unlimited sauces. I ordered the quarter chicken with fries which costs $15 but if you have a student ID, you are entitled to 10% off. Can't praise this franchise enough.
This is our favorite restaurant when we were in Malaysia. Really surprised that they made it until here in NZ! All their food tastes great at a really affordable prices! I really recommend this through and through!
Tastes like how Nandos should taste! Got the periperi chips and i particularly like the way this was presented. Somewhat unique. I don't remember exactly what it's called but i remember it being very delicious.
Sometimes, the chicken lacks a bit of flavour but they have complimentary sauces which is good.

I visit this Nando’s frequently when studying at uni and the food is always top quality! Very fresh and food is made quickly! Always a reliable spot to grab lunch, chicken paella is my personal favourite and is such a filling lunch for a reasonable price. Indoor decor is lovely and also has outdoor seating too.
I go often at Nando’s but I have never done a review before on them. Truthfully they deserved a 3 star for the last 2 times. The chicken was burned and also their portions got smaller. But because I love the chicken on this place, which normally is good value on money, I will give them 4*

Especially for chicken lovers this place is Lit AF !! Tried whole chicken family beast and it was good. Quantity wise they can improve a little more. Quality is top notch. Friendly and hygienic staff. Ambience is perfect. Must try.

Great service from the friendly staff, however sometimes my order is often cold due to how long it has been left for a waiter to bring to our table.
Went to nandos for the first time in like a few years, was not disappointed. Chicken was soft and succulent, fries were crispy, wish they were dusted more liberally with the peri peri powder.
Me & my partner go all the way to this Nando’s branch (which is like almost an hour away from where we live) cause we really like the atmosphere here and it’s comfortable (which we really need to consider when we’re eating out cause we have a baby). The staff here are really friendly too. Food quality is also amaaazing!
One of the nicest nando's stores I've been to. Ordered peri peri fries, half chicken, corn, and pita bread + dip. Everything was cooked well and fries were super crisp. Loved the cute sauce bottle that came with the pita.
Friendly service! Peri peri chips was very good and the chicken has a lot of flavor compared to the other nandos I’ve been at so I would recommend to come here.

This nandos is the home for all uni students esp on a dreadful/stressful Friday afternoon and they just need a good hearty ‘fancy’ meal to de-stress and share a good meal with the gang and just have a great time 😂

It was been a while. Restaurant was clean n nice. Chicken was bit spicy forgot the name of menu . So ordered other one with mild, it was just good enough for me. Love to go again :)
Ordered a whole chicken and another chicken dish. Unfortunately, both were burnt, though tasty. Poor response from customer service and impolite receptionist. Very disappointed.
Anyway, Nandos had been my favourite restaurant.
Nando's Queen St. is one of the best Nando's in Auckland. Friendly and good vibe! Always busy but prompt service. Chicken is always yummy, cooked properly and taste so good. I always order chicken and their spicy rice.....good and handy sauces around, self serve cutleries and water is a big plus!
Great Nandos! Always serve fresh hot chips and chicken! Great service and quick paste wait staff who always seem to smile with any situation that may occur. This place is very busy at times but can accomodate a lot of people
The Queen St restaurant has such a great vibe about it. Great service, food and of course the South African art is fantastic! A cheeky sawmill beer never goes astray with hot PERi-PERi chicken.
Quite a sizeable restaurant on Queen St. Restaurant is usually busy but service is reasonably prompt. Food prepared to a good standard. Fresh & well made.
Only let down is the bathrooms. There aren't many, and for the number of tables in the restaurant & therefore customers using them, they really need to be cleaned way more often.
Food is devine. The atmosphere is calm and soft. Music is classic so not very disturbing. Service is precise and people are quiet friendly. If one wants to try something indian yet classy....do try. I tried the chicken mild and was on point.
Chicken here is always nice and juicy. Whenever we visit we make sure to order the chicken without too much spice, because when you go higher it loses a lot of flavour and isnt really worth it, and I like spicy food.
Overall really satisfying meals, chicken and sides always taste good and how you'd expect.
Got a platter as my partner and I were very hungry. Great accompaniment especially given the cold Auckland weather. We went for extra hot sauce. Give the tenderloins a try, it wont disappoint and keep BBQ sauce for the wings.

Nandos have been one of the first halal certified fast food joints in nz. And its worth trying it out. I love their peri peri fries the most. Their sauces are just finger licking good. Infact the entire menu is quite yummilicious. They have good seating arrangements and staff. Best thing is that their outlets are scattered well around the auckland city. So whenever we are out, we always have one of their outlets nearby.
Prettiest nandos restaurant I've seen in auckland! Nice outdoor area for dining and the water tap inside is pretty epic. Looks fancier than the others as there's no main menu board which makes it harder to order as you have to look at a menu. Otherwise the food was good and the restaurant vibes were all round positive for a nandos.

The new Nando's is great. I love the seats and the environment. The cool furniture and just the theme around it is well thought out. The food is the same, still the amazing Nando's chicken. Definitely one of the best Nando's in town.

The new place, opposite Aotea Square is more spacious than the older one. The staff is friendly.
No doubt that I love the chicken and chips a lot. Have also tried their burgers, like them too.
Suggestion to the management : Should have more staff specially during lunch hours in order to provide speedy services
Popped in here for quick takeaway lunch ... nice friendly service and probably (apart from Lincoln Rd) one of the cleanest looking places nice big open clean decor. Great location.
Nandos!! Where do I even begin. I have tried out possibly everything on their menu but I still go back to the tried and tested signature dish, the unbelievably amazing peri peri grilled chicken. Every other grilled chicken pales in front of this sheer awesomeness. Don't even get me started on the variety in peri peri sauces. Must visit but be prepared to deal with extremely greasy fingers.

I remember when they just moved up the road last year. Good service and great taste to their chicken. Especially with extra hot spice. Thankfully there was a tap to nearby to drink hahaha.
This new nandos with a cool new ambience is even better place to dine in. The food is our usual favorite! Grilled chicken with peri peri chips.. Yum! We didn't have to wait too long for the order as it arrived quite quickly. Perfect meal anytime! This is our favorite place to return to.

Always such a busy spot so I tried it out and it was delicious. Despite how busy the place was, it only took 20mins for the food to come out which was great.
The $40 combo for a full chicken and two sides was perfect to fill two adults.
Easy ordering via online system was great.
Plenty of glass cups and cutlery around, along with plenty of choices of Nandos sauces.

Get a free chips by downloading the Nando’s app before you order . Food was amazing as always . Staff was nice . Not crowded in weekdays to be honest. Loved the peri peri half chicken . It was more than enough for one person. Hope to go back there soon . Service was better than st Luke’s one .
We just ordered spicy rice and peri peri fries as take away since we had other food from elsewhere.
We ordered large Fries, which were tasty but the peri peri powder was not coated evenly which is a shame.
The spicy rice lacked a bit of salt.
Service was superb and atmosphere as usual is great in Nando’s.

Went for lunch, quality and service always consistent and good. Great for a quick sit down lunch.
Had take away yesterday but dined in today for lunch, food is consistent with the Nando’s brand and it was good. For dine in the restaurant is quite spacious and has many tables, you order and pay at the counter but the food is sent to your table if you dine in. Seemed like they were short of staff but it was clean enough and tables were eventually cleared once the staff had time.
It was my first time getting Nando's because I'm a tourist and because chicken and hot sauce. I was expecting the "extra hot" sauce to be spicier(?) but maybe because I was expecting it, and it wasn't, was a little let down LOL other than that everything was super yummy!

We were able to order from our table using a QR code however you HAVE to enter a lot of details such as email and cellphone to I assume serve you marketing materials, which I am not a fan of at all.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, the tables were clean and same with the bathrooms.
I got a chicken wrap, and my partner had a chicken burger, the meat was nice and moist, and the other ingredients looked fresh. However it was not super flavourful, a lot of the flavour was derived from whatever hot sauce was applied to the meal, rather than any marination on the meat.
It did hit the spot though and felt a bit healthier of an option when compared to the other options within 100m.
Nando's was also receptive to modifications to my partners burger, removing the onions from it as she cannot eat them, which was helpful.
Nando's does not allow pay in cash, that's the only teeny downside for tourists. Other than that, it's so very delicious for a hungry foodie.
The chicken was delicious with a perfect level of hotness. Quick and excellent service and friendly staff. Will definitely be back.
I was here with few mates a few weeks ago. I must say, the experience was great! The staff was very warm, friendly and the ambience was very good. I loved their tables, seating and lighting arrangements. The food was good and the staff explained us everything properly specially various level of spices :) Food presentation was good and I quite liked their idea of placing flags as shown in the pictures on the dishes denoting mild or spicy. Their Espartada is a must try! Would highly recommend and visit again! Cheers
Awesome place to dine in. Fan of Nandos from long time back in India. Had delicious Peri Peri sauce chicken, fries. Burger was excellent. Choices of menu was good. Dining area is clean and colourful. Paintings on the walls are superb. Will come back soon and add more pics to the album.
