Love the donuts, husband picked these up before work in the late afternoon. Since it was the end of the day, we also got a couple of donuts free which was an added bonus. Good selection and tasted fresh.
The creme brulee donut is the best! Good value if you buy half dozen for $12. They have unique flavours as well, but some of the popular ones have limits on how many you can pick in one box. The texture has been quite fresh everytime I bought this.
They offer quite a range of flavors compared to other donut stores. And they are a bit cheaper too. I like their donuts cause they are not too sweet. I like ordering Glazed, Cinnamon Glazed, Green Tea, Cookies and Cream, Cinnamon Sugar and hocolate.
Good donuts, comparable to Dunkin donuts or even krispy Kreme. Though flavour choice was scarce the donut flavour and texture was great. Would come again in happy hour between 3-4 :)
Got 6 donuts for $12 which was a pretty decent deal. We got a variety of different flavours and they were all pretty good. The donut itself feels light and fresh and the different toppings makes for a unique experience every time. They're not overly sweet or overpowering and everything seems well balanced.

Friend brought over 7 different flavoured donuts for dessert after dinner. We tried out the green tea, cookies and custard, custard cream, pb and j, black forest, chocolate, and lemon. My favourite would be the black forest as it was not too sweet or too plain. The chocolate sprinkles on top really helped enhance the sweetness of the donut itself. To me, the lemon flavoured donut tasted not too sweet and would be perfect for those who are looking to eat healthy in a not so healthy way ;) Anyways, my second favourite would have to be the peanut butter and jam donut, although it tasted amazing with two of my favourite spreads added together, it was too sweet for my preference. Next favourite was the mango cream, I absolutely love custard and putting it in a donut is an excellent idea. Adding mango into it has made it one of mankind's wisest dessert inventions ever. As for the chocolate donut, it was rather plain, just your average chocolate donut I guess. The green tea one was about the same as the chocolate donut. (One of the healthier choices ;) )

Here is what I think about the flavours I got:
•Oreo: kind of disappointing, just a plain donut with Oreo crumbs sprinkled on top. Donut itself saved it though. 2.5/5
•Custard Cream: classic donut, can't go wrong with it 3/5
•Creme brulee: Custard donut with extra glaze on top. Good option if you are an ant. 3.5/5
•Choco nut: peanuts & choclate make a good combo. And again, donut itself is very soft and has a lovely texture. 3/5
•Black Forest: this one surprised me the most. At first I was skeptical but the flavours all went together so well. It is jam packed with jam. (pun intended) 4/5
•Choco custard: chocolate flavoured custard inside a donut. Enough said. 4.5/5
Bought a pack of 6 donuts for $15 because I couldn't decide on one flavour. Flavours I picked were pb & j, mint chocolate, cookies and cream, creme brulee, cinnamon glazed and chocolate.
Favourite was probably cinnamon glazed just because I love cinnamon and it wasn't too sweet. Second was creme brulee, it had a good amount of filling, was really creamy and the top had a good sugary shell just like a regular creme brulee.
Pb&j was actually the one I was looking forward to the most and it was good it just didn't have enough peanut butter flavour. Mint chocolate was another i found was lacking flavour.
Cookies and cream ya let me down man! All I could taste was a plain donut.....with a slight crumbly texture....
With that being said Im definitely looking forward to coming back and trying your other flavours.
Place is conveniently located which makes it a great take out food to bring home. Not a lot of flavors available to choose from. Donuts are moist and soft. Some flavors are too sweet.
Fresh donuts! Pretty donuts!! Their coffee crumble is my favorite. The custard ones are yum too.. Located in a convenience store on Queen St.

I personally love southern maid doughnuts the most conpared to other doughnut chains. They might be a it more pricey but i think that their doughnuts are worth the price.

Their donuts are seriously beautiful! They taste just as good as they look. The last time I came here was a very very long time ago with a friend who introduced me to this place on her last day in NZ and I remember their coffee crumble donut to this day!! So it defs brings back memories :')
This is my favourite donut brand in Auckland- mostly because there's not a lot of choices. The best flavours would probably be the coffee crumble donut and the oreo donut. They also have a deal if you get a box of donuts rather than just one each time. You can also get a loyalty card. I wish they would open up a proper store in CBD though, rather than just being in a convenient store where not a lot of people would notice it ZomatoStudents
This is by far my favourite place to get donuts. They have a great range of interesting flavours like green tea, cookies and cream and mango custard.
I opted for a half strawberry and chocolate standard donut. They are soft and spongy and always taste fresh
Great for the price
I am a doughnut junkie who travels a lot. Anytime I have an opportunity to try a new doughnut shop in a new country I do. This place did not disappoint. Holy cow they are good. These are yeast style doughnuts and they are so light and fluffy, I would say the dough is perfect. The frosting is also great. It's, not overly sweet. I feel like I could eat these all day. I'm happy I don't live here because I would get fat immediately.
My favorite 🍩 🍩 🍩 in the whole country. They are light but have enough body to sink your teeth into. prfectly iced, not too sweet, and all flavors are good. No light airy oily tasteless mess like the big donut players.
