Food is amazing. However when I went back this week after sometime, I saw that it had closed down. Was quite disappointed. Are you'll opening another branch some place else?
Excellent quality and quantity of food. The only problem is that they close at around 5ish. Tried chicken fried rice and chicken noodles many times and the quality is always up to the mark.
I really liked both the dishes I have tried so far.My taste is spicy and they serve nice spicy indonesian food. When U had visited then for the first time,I had ordered "Oseng-Oseng" which was stir fry vegetables in boneless chicken and a thin gravy sauce.Make sure before ordering you choose your type of Spice,The person taking the order will ask you how spicy would you like? Mild,Medium,Hot or Very Hot.
My second dish I tried their "Chicken Padang" which was delicious.I like indian kind of taste and this dish contains a Big peice of Fried Chicken served in a chilli-coconut based gravy with rice and vegetables. For me this was a mouthwatering dish and the fried chicken was like Tandoori Chicken.
Great food! Good sized portions and so really well priced. I get either the lamb stay or the special fried rice. Never had a problem with the food...and if you ask for it spicy it really is spicy!

Tried their Chicken fried rice twice and the taste was alot better as compared to others in Auckland. Quantity and Quality was good enough and it was cooked to a acceptable level. not over and not under cooked. Recommended.
Great food, i try nasi padang, gado gado and chicken satay, it's best nasi padang I ever try here in Auckland 😍 and it's not over prized either, happy to back for more, keep it up Bali star and bring all great Indonesian food to the menu,,
Balistar is a fab spot in the Elliot St food hall. I love their King Prawn Chilli. Ask for it hot if you like your Indonesian food on the spicy side. Recommended.
cheap and cheerful, tasty and decent portions. I love the fish curry. The seating is a communal food court and this can mean occasionally you are sharing your space with some very strange/ drunk/ talking to themselves people.
Quite good for the price. Try the Oseng Oseng, it was delicious, and their version of mee goreng was very good. One of the better food court places.
The 'Chicken Balado' and the 'Bali Chicken' are two of my favourite dishes from this place ! The dishes are reasonably priced and the service is fast. The customers can choose how spicy they want the dish to be. As far as I remember, there are 5 levels ranging from 'mild' to 'very, very hot'. The most spicy level can really burn your tongue but they do warn you about this beforehand when ordering ! Overall, the staff is friendly and I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wishes to try Indonesian cuisine in Auckland.
There are a few food stalls selling tasty dishes. Unfortunately it seems the management is not happy for the restrooms used by customers as we were requested to get some code from stall owners to get into it, plus it's really not easy to find the entrance.

Convenience in the heart of Auckland city. Clean, tidy shopping mall. Unfortunately j visited when the food court wasn't fully open, but the choices there looked good.
Went to two outlets - warehouse and number one shoe store.
This is a convenient place within the city. Ample place to move around and has a lot of food and beverage options both within and around the mall.
Use to come here a lot, but since covid, we come here once every 3 months... sad to see some food joints gone. Always come here to have lunch with the kids after a long walk around town. Food is great, afew eateries to choose from. Very quiet some weekends but it's how we like it. Highly recommend all the food joints in here, can't choose one but they are all so good. 😋
Good place for a quick shopping all necessary items available nearby. Warehouse, countdown, pizza shops, clubs , elecronics and cloths shops , chines-Indian-thailand restaurants and other necessary shops. " parking is limited and some roads are restricted for certain timings ".
The Warehouse and bedbath are my two favorites in Elliott street plus Smith &caught my favourite department store
Great place to spend a bit of time wandering about aimlessly.
We don't often shop here but the food court is where we mostly go for lunch when are in town, especially Nam Viet their food is so good.
Good range of stores but building not very well designed
Cajun kitchen, had texis braised beef beautiful just melted in your mouth. Server could've been bit more friendly
Never been here before, and what a nice hidden surprise hahaha, looks elegant yet vibes nice, warehouse for the bargains and other places for the yarnin, LoL
