I love this place - it's unpretentious but gracious and so accessible
Best social and architectural heritage keeper project i've seen so far!

loved the friendly atmos. great place for sunny Sunday's.
Chilled, social and inspiring. One of my favourite places in Auckland!
We have had a wonderful time in this extraordinary house with a warm ambiance!
And by the way, great coffee!
I would like to give our support to this house and these people who welcomed us and were very important to us! We found a beautiful house with wonderful people who made us feel in a home! Save Hum Salon! Marcela & Maykon
Such a cutie. This place has a vibe that’s hard to find elsewhere. Love the ceramic cups but coffee was a bit cold. Friendly service. Plenty of beautiful seats.
On a windy day ... wanted a coffee stopped by this little cutie for a flat white and a mocha!! Not too bad a bit lukewarm for my liking especially on a cold and windy weather like today sorry 😣 but the lady was very friendly though ... Great service ✌
Called in here on Sunday 4 October 2015 for a Bohemian styled afternoon tea, been past this place soo many times so will definitely be back - very friendly people and a very relaxed atmosphere here.
Such a loving philosophy behind this place. Staff are so chilled and friendly. Great in summer to grab coffee and laze outside/have a swing. Some excellent art exhibitions now and again. Can't wait to see this place expand.
Definitely eclectic. We interrupted the cafe guy playing his guitar... Very friendly, very casual on a street corner next to a community house down the road the hospital.
Only downside is no food and paper coffee cups.
So so cute! Wish I could go here every day. Historical, friendly volunteers, cozy, quaint, wifi and I love it.
They have milk alternatives and make a great latte.
Blackie the cat is adorable.
I just want to live here.
If you enjoy a blend of historic with a slightly eccentric setting, then Hum Salon is a great place to take a break for a coffee or, in our case, a chai latte. The guy who served us the chai latte's was extra friendly and fun to chat to, and we got the opportunity to take a look around the place to experience a bit of unique Auckland history. Worth a visit. Recommended.
I like it. Super chil art society zone run by a collective non-profit. Self serve koha drip coffee is there on donation. Don't expect much else for sale but they have deep and meaningful art, and some instruments for a jam.
A popular and homely neighborhood café in Grafton. At one of the oldest and last major inner city Auckland wooden 2 storey homes. Impressive architecture. An amazing and rare example of Graftons housing. Recommended to locals and travelers.
Great place, so laid back. Great for getting some work done with unlimited internet access and different rooms to relax in. My go to place in Auckland <3
amazing location and great service. loved the coffee.. was one of the best. my partner and I loved it.. thanks heaps...
Great place to chill with other creatives. Kinda reminds me of the legend of the Bahaus. Great Writers Cafe too.
Interesting house but itMs not c cafe or there’s no coffee any more.
Great Place to hang out for a coffee and totally worth to support this independent project.
