Regards to my health and wellbeing, I've been on a good wicket since 2009. I try to not abdicate responsibility and outsource such things. However, in my occasional dealings with BJM, I have always found them to be efficient and friendly. The ability to make online appointments is great- there's no unnecessary waiting. In particular, Dr Kareem is my go to- grateful for your advice and easy-going approach.
I would like to give 5 stars to your amazing Nurse, Rashika. She was informative, caring and very comforting. Her technical skills are great and makes you feel safe with minor procedures.
The best place ever! Everyone is so kind and professional! I will recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place where you cared for, respected and valued! I’m grateful for my GP and entire team!
Disheartened by so many negative reviews of this clinic. I have been a patient of this clinic for more than 10 years and seen almost every doctor who are working here currently. All doctors and staff are caring and attentive but most of all working tirelessly to look after the community. I highly recommend you to register yourself here.

Botany Junction medical staff are fantastic. I see two of the doctors in the clinic and I'm happy to switch between Highbrook and Botany to get the date and time I need. Also, if you use the online system to book and you are happy to have the first available doctor see you then you won't have an issue getting in to see a doctor in a short time frame. If you specifically want to see a certain doctor then you will need to wait several weeks. If you're very unwell phone the surgery and explain your symptoms - if they can they will book you in for the next day to see a doctor or suggest you go to an emergency department. You can also go in to your local pharmacist and ask them for advice - a lot of them are very well versed in basic medical care and often you don't need to see your doctor if it is a minor ailment. Also, if you proactively manage your health and get a regular annual checkup and covid/flu vaccines you are less likely to need to be seen immediately. The staff on the desk have always been very professional toward me and my family. I think they all do a terrific job under trying circumstances and we all need to be a little more understanding and tolerant.
Would like to do this review in behalf of my wife. She had seen Ann and was very happy with her lovely personality. The way she said it, she was relatable and funny yet professional. We don't get the bad reviews about this place. I think the staff are great and accommodating. Keep it up
They are very good doctors, but it's hard to get an appointment with them.they are always busy.
They have been my doctors for nearly 10 years and every doctor I've seen has been lovely and provided great care. All the staff are consistently friendly and the online appointment booking system is great, I can usually get a next day appointment the night before. Reasonable fees. I really don't understand the bad google rating! I moved away from the area years ago and won't change doctors!
Best Drs I have been to in my 60 years.the receptionists are always so friendly and helpful. Lional was an amazing Dr but has now retired.
I now have Dr Su. She is just amazing. I cant say enough about this amazing lady. Nothing is too much trouble, always compassionate and understanding .
