Today we came along for the first time to Park Road cafe.
On arrival it was very busy. The food on display looked lovely and the nice lady who served us said she was sorry but would be a 30minute wait for food. We weren't in a hurry and ordered anyway. Our coffees came quickly and the wait staff were very friendly. However our food was longer than the 30minutes, the lovely (I think owner) asked if we had received our food and when we said no she apologized and said she would find out how long it would be. The food arrived shortly after and was Devine and honestly worth the wait. Then the lady brought us 2 complementary brownies and a free coffee each.
Yes the wait was longer but we were well informed , which meant we could make the choice to stay or go. But the food and coffee were delish and customer service on point. Well worth the wait.

Psssst, I would like to keep the exceptional Park Road Kitchen a secret because it is so great! But they deserve to be raved about, the staff, the food and the friendly service can’t be faulted. No matter how busy, we always feel welcome. Just don’t tell everyone how good it is, like their amazing donuts, cakes, yummy savouries and salads to die for - or there will be none left for us regulars! Thanks guys, you really are the best!
First time at Park Rd and WOW WOW WOW. Easy parking, lovely decor, clean and tidy, staff SO friendly, food OMG there is so much to choose from and it all looks delish. I had granola which was really scrummy. Hubby had scrambled eggs with bacon and toast. He said it was also really yum. BEST hot chocolate I have ever had. Left with goodies for the kids as well. Will definitely be back. Price wise I think it is well worth it for the size of meals. Negatives -- NONE. Thank you to the staff who made our visit really worth while.
The food , decor, staff and service at this lovely little eatery are all sublime.
The way in which the manager delt with a pissy and angry customer at lunch yesterday was totally delicious!!

Went to PRK today for lunch and can't rave enough about the place.
Pein and her staff are amazing.....welcoming and attentive with out being in your face.

1st time here, I ordered a chai latte and asked for it to be piping hot. Very please with my chai ! Its so hard to find somewhere that makes it just how I like it. It was an excellant temperature, it had a good amount of spice which tasted authentic, good amount of froth and I thought the price was ok for the size of the cup. Really enjoyed it thanks. Just one suggestion: the music being played was way too loud, ok for a concert but not if your trying to relax or have a conversation. :-)
This place was so worth coming to! I’d heard only good things about Park Rd Kitchen and it was the best! Great food and great service can’t wait to try the jelly tip donut � we will be back
Visited yesterday with a friend whom hadn't been before. Usually a wait for food but the food is exceptional when it arrives no never an issue for me but food arrived within 20 minutes and absolutely delicious. Becoming a regular lunch spot for me.
Have taken friends here regularly. Well worth the wait for delicious food there. Absolutely top notch!!

New owner and her team have done a great job of making something fabulous of this space. The cafe is light and fresh and has a lovely friendly atmosphere. Coffee is great and there are so many good food options I'll have to keep coming back to try them!
I visited here for the first time on Tuesday, I wanted a morning treat to take home for my mother in law and I. I was not disappointed! The scones were amazing the little sweet treats were out of this world! And they were vegan. I can't wait to go back and dine in, there was an amazing choice. Thanks!

10/10 coffee tastes gooood they are so polite and asked how much coffee I would like I been to other places close by and they don't ask so this place does and they are friendly this is my new local I would highly recommend this place over others nearby
Good vibes, great customer service, not the best food and coffee! Menu is a bit low in options and bagel a bit too sweet but overall really nice place to chill out during lunch break considering it is in Grafton :)
Decent small cafe in Grafton. They have a series of different cafe style food like a big breakfast, as well as some Asian specialities like a Bornean Chicken Curry. Not a lot of seating available on the inside since it is quite small but the seating is fairly comfortable.
Friendly service, always with a smile.

Small intimate Cafe.
Walked in, nice and clean, service was amazing, they were very welcoming and friendly. Mochas were absolutely delicious, food came out in good time. Atmosphere was lovely, you'd wanna pick your time wisely as there isn't much seating area. I'd definitely recommend to go here, especially if you're at the hospital, I'd skip their cafes and come here...anyway its lovely! Thank yous for the awesome food and lovely service :) I'd for sure be back
Okay folks when you're wandering around the city looking for nourishment and, oh yeah, it's a holiday weekend, come here. They will more than likely be open. We were greeted with a smile by the one staff person working and quickly seated. However FYI seating is small so be aware. Enough for about 16 people total inside. We ordered and food came out quick and hot. We had one person working so she was rocking the food and the counter at the same time and no customer was disappointed. We had french toast, a bacon Butty, a prawn salad and a farm'bird burger. All were delicious however the salad is a hot/cold salad but still very delicious. We also had a latte and a mocha, both were nice. So thank you Orceard cafe staff and cook, both same person, you were amazing. Those of you still searching the city, come here, know you will not be disappointed.

Great family owned cafe serving up great food - mushrooms on toast, corn fritters all yum. Definitely a great find in the Grafton Village.
Regarded as a gem of Grafton. Always grab my shot of caffeine from Orceard cafe whenever I am nearby. Extremely friendly staff and very clean well looked after cafe.
I like Orceard (never know how to pronounce it). Place is relatively spacious, benches are comfy to sit for a while, help yourself with the pillows. Their coffee is okay, not great but not bad either. They have student deal for the coffee (free up-size) which is always appreciated. The lady is really friendly, I like her. Wish they have more customers. Ironically, one of the reason I go there is because it's not busy.
