The staff here are excellent, very attentive, polite and friendly. It has a cosy atmosphere and felt very comfortable. I had ordered the pork belly and it was missing the pork crackling but not a big deal as the dish still tasted delicious. The waiter apologised and later came out with a small plate
Went to Wine Chambers to try their Restaurant Month menu, and it was delicious. The beef short rib was the standout for me, melt-in-your-mouth tender. The recommended wine with the main was a great match. I've also been to Wine Chambers in previous years for work functions and their service and food

My husband and I went there last night for our 1st year wedding anniversary and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff were really friendly, the food was delicious and we were served in a timely manner. We would recommended the rice risotto, it was divine! Can't wait to go again :)

We had an event at this restaurant last week with 46 VIP's and I cannot say thank you enough on how well we were looked after and the food was good. I would recommend The General for any events as they make large events seem so easy.
