Instead of dining at the usual restaurants lining Dominion Rd, recently visited this eatery located in Eden Quarter with a group of friends on a Friday evening. The restaurant is not big, but has a nice ambience, clean and the service was quick and cheerful 😃. Among all the dishes we ordered, our favourites were Chicken with Fresh Chili (粒粒鸡), Lamb with Cumin (孜然羊肉) and in particular Three Brothers (地三鲜, a vegetarian dish with fried potato, eggplant and pepper in a garlicky savory sauce). 地三鲜 is a signature northern Chinese dish & its poetic name is roughly translated to “three treasures from the earth”. It is a very simply, family styled and rusty dish, but ohh man it is soo mouth-wateringly delicious 😋.

One of the best place for the Chinese breakfast. Their noodles are really good plus good variety options. The price is very reasonable. I will recommend this place for everyone. Vincent H

Used to have my traditional chinese breakfast here. Took an easy lunch today with my friend. Simply a Northern China family restaurant, demonstrating traditional chinese way of cooking skills and seasonings. Friendly price definitely value for the portion and the money you spend. Whenever I miss my late Dad this is the place to taste a bit of his love.

Is a good place to eat in but was disappointed for not being able to try out the roasts. Had the Shanghai fried noodles and the seafood noodle soup, was okay but lots of msg for the noodle soup. Was very thirsty after that. Might return to try out other foods.

Hungry? Love pork? Grab a pork hock, usually feeds two or three even four if you're buying other dishes but for me, this and a bowl of rice is all I want, and at $22 its the bomb, trust me.

Excellent food. I just enjoyed the sauteed braised beef brisket noodle soup and the pork pie. Pastry of the pork pie was amazing. Noodles are made in-house.

We had lovely fried chowmein with pork, spicy beef and sweet and sour pork. Reasonable prices and ample portions. Would have rated 5 except small place just 9 tables capacity.

This is just amazing. Yes the atmosphere is not the best but the food doesn't just fill your belly, it fills your soul .

One of the finest places for a Chinese breakfast in the whole city. Their noodles are excellent, and they provide a wide range of choices, such as Shanghai fried noodles and seafood noodle soup, to choose from. In terms of pricing, it is very affordable.
