A great atmosphere, really reasonable food menu. Music is good, staff are knowledgable. Great daily happy hours.
Great space, clean and new, modern, great that bar and dancefloor are separated, good bar snack food, great staff, really fun night. We had a group of about 35 and everyone really enjoyed the "Ladies night after work drinks" Fantastic new venue and a cut above a lot of the current options.
This bar is what a gay/queer bar in Auckland should be. Super friendly door staff, sexy sexy Male bartenders, reasonable prices and hot food offerings such as tacos and chips which I had. Feels very safe and not as seedy as other queer bars. I hope it stays open as it's awesome highly recommend
A great bar. Quiet comfortable bar area where you can sensibly talk and noisy dance floor with all the usual bells and whistles. Drag shows at weekend. Doesn't get going until after 10
Staircase was New Zealand's version of Stonewall in the 80s and 90s. It's still New Zealand's best queer venue. Great shows, awesome music, and a great variety of drinks. Happy customers and a good experience. Go.

Great, inclusive atmosphere. Very knowledgeable bar staff and in house bouncer seemed very thorough. DJ and dance floor were great too!
