First time here last night the team. Food looked and smelled amazing. I had beef cheeks and I kid you not, melt in mouth meat. Falling apart. Really fantastic flavors and small wafting around the table. Sadly just 1 toilet on the premises. Little expensive but tasted so good i didn't mind paying that price. There were few salads, meatball dish and seafood. Delish
Great menu, never been before (live out of town) but was pleasantly surprised, drinks were delicious too, we actually ordered more because of how good they were, we had a few of the mocktails, but also the Hokey Pokey latte was a highlight, presentation and flavour was great!
Good place to be at enjoying cocktails and food winding a busy day. Was disappointed with the waiter who kept on coming and asking if we were ready to place food order 4 times like every 2 minutes. We told them we wana have the cocktails first then place food order but they kept on coming and asking if we were ready to place food order like every 2 minutes. And this was at 7.10pm, too early for the kitchen to close. Otherwise food were great and so was the cocktails. Rating: 4/5.
My friends and I went there just to have dessert and coffee/tea. We really had a nice time. My friend had the Creme Brulee and I had the Baklava with pistachio ice cream and wasn't expecting a cotton candy garnished on the top hahaha. It was good nonetheless. And I really like my Turkish tea Pomegranate flavor. Such a delight. And the one who served us I believe was the Restaurant Manager, such a charming good looking guy. He was having his lunch with his team. Felt bad because we showed up and disturbed them when they were having their meal however, he went out of his way to welcome us. He is kind and amazing. That's what I called customer service and fine experience even we went there just for dessert and hot beverage. Will recommend anyone to visit Bodrum Market at Westfield Newmarket. š
Fab night out catching up with old friend, lots of laughs, great wine & fabulous food! The plate sizes are very generous so bring a good appetite and parepare to take something home! The restaurant is stunningly beautiful! The staff were so welcoming and efficient. We loved it! Thank you
We got a table for five for a 8pm dinner on a Sunday, our table was outside on the balcony - It was busy but there was still room for walk ins. If you are wanting a table for bigger groups inside the restaurant, bookings will help secure the table.
Atmosphere: We loved the beautiful decor.
The white tiles, the baby blue mosaic, the stained glasses and pink flowers, the cane chairs all added value to our experience. We felt immersed in culture.
Service: we did not need much service so cannot judge accurately. I liked that they helped when needed and kept out of the way for the rest of our time there.
Food: the wait time was not long and we enjoyed what we ordered.
1. Turkish fried chicken - good for side.
2. Cherkez chicken - so good, the chicken was falling off the bone.
3. Adana kebab - was pretty decent.
4. Meat platter - we loved the chicken and lamb, was not a fan of the meatball which was slightly salty. The Tsatsiki dip was so delish.
5. Pomogranate tea - loved
6. Citrus fizz - lemon orange flavours was refreshing.
7. Kombucha - bottled one you get at a supermarket, would give it a miss.
Ps: The salads that came with the mains were so good and refreshing.
Overall: great experience and good food, will recommend highly.
Best mocktails Iāve ever had!! This is a pretty little aesthetic Mediterranean restaurant perfect for āinstagramable photosā as its so aesthetically pleasing! Food is absolutely delicious and is served very beautifully! Thank you very much Bodrum, Highly recommended!š
We came for our team lunch and the food is delicious. Service is outstanding, always smiling. The halloumi wrap is so good and the platter is filling. For dessert, I would recommend the baklava but not the tiramisu.
nice decor, great service and absolutely delicious food and cocktails! highly recommended āDolma with lambā.
Had a wonderful experience dining with friends on a weekday night. Food was well proportioned for a group of three. We ordered two mains and a pizza (which was huge!) and that was more than enough. I really recommend dining in a group as their food are mostly sharable :)
The most delicious Turkish breakfast Iāve had in New Zealand! The Turkish black tea went so well with the spread. Staff was friendly. The atmosphere was beautiful, I felt as though I was back in Turkey! Well done guys!!
Love the pretty fake cherry blossom trees. We went for Sunday brunch, which was a quieter time, although the in-house music was a bit too loud and we had to repeat ourselves a few times to the waitress. The food was tasty and the coffee was great. We had the omelette and (I can't remember the exact name of the baked eggs)- menema or something. The only comment about the food was that as the food was brought over in hot dishes, it kept baking the eggs, so eggs in both dishes were over-cooked and a bit hard
Reasonable price tag for the portion size. I had the lamb wrap which I struggled to finish (in a good way). Wonderfully balanced flavours but a little hard to eat. I also recommend the Turkish coffee if you are a self proclaimed coffee conessieur. My wife allowed me the honour of a spoonful of the pancake which looked and tasted great, if you like berry pancakes I would recommend. Decor and service were good, not much of a comment there.
Lovely ambience, beautiful restaurant decorations, gorgeously garnished well presented meals, friendly helpful staff and great location with no parking shortage. However the food quality is different every single time. Either kebab is burned, or fish is under seasoned or the chicken is uncooked in the middle. Definitely inconsistent!
A lovely atmosphere and very well decorated and welcoming interior made the dining experience much more than I had expected. The food was exceptional, and staff were attentive. I enjoyed dining at this establishment and would go again for more.
Love this place the food is delicious and well sized portions though pricey. The vibe and place is nice. Highly recommend the sujuk sausage pide and the FEAST which can totally be shared. Fried haloumi also pictured. We also enjoyed the turkish tea
Good food at a reasonable price. Also love the vibe of this place. I'm not sure how I feel about the tables having a higher lip on the edge, guess it helps contain any spills?
The picture is of the meatballs - these were a little on the dry side but still very tasty
Would definitely revisit.
