I ordered an icecream cake for my daughter's birthday. It was absolutely perfect! Not at all like the dreadful icecream cakes of my youth. Beautiful icecream, delicious cookie layer, lovely design. I will be getting another one any chance I get.
Fabulous service & fantastic flavours ! My choice was mint choc & coffee, a marvellous combination for those who don't have a sweet tooth like me, but want ice cream. That cone deco was so cute & lovely too. Thanks Ben&Jerry's for making our special day more special !!!
We had dinner at the Harbour Eats food court in Commercial Bay and wanted something sweet so we ended up here. They had the dessert pizza so we tried that. The pizza was only sold per slice. You had a choice of brownie or cookie base as well as chocolate or vanilla ice cream on top and drizzled with
AMAZING service by the workers, one that stood out was the blonde server. She was super helpful with my dietery needs and didnt rush me one bit and kept apologizing even though it wasn't her fault! had such a wonderful time :)
We booked a make-your-own sundae with this branch for an office pick-me-up and were very happy with the service! Super easy to organise and delivered with care. I would highly recommend for an office treat!
We have got a few ice-cream cakes from Ben & Jerry’s and they have been delicious - loved by both kids and adults. Would happily and highly recommend these. Plus we always have to stop for an ice cream when passing through Commercial Bay.
Rose at the Commercial Bay, Auckland store organised a beautiful ice cream cake for our son's birthday. So much more original than a cake made of cake, she even delivered it to us on her way home. It was beautifully decorated and the kids loved it.
Rose did such a fabulous job at our recent event and can’t speak highly enough about her comms throughout and flexibility with the last minute change in venue due to the Akld weather event. The ice cream cart was such a big hit with all our guests and made it even more memorable.
$10 for a sundae, a bit expensive, the chocolate drizzle too sweet, but friendly service.
Always good and service is probably the best you can find in Auckland nowadays. Coffee ice cream is delicious!
