Love this place. Amazing friendly staff. Our stay at the Hyatt hotel seals our approval with this cafe. The best coffee and ginger honey tea i've had in a long time. A wide variety to choose from during the morning. The big breakfast was so goodđź‘Ť

We went for lunch during the week with two kids (6 & 9). We had to park at the Wynyard Carpark and walk a short way there. We booked our table online and it was already buzzing at 11:45am! We were seated near the window and the music wasn’t too loud. Staff were very nice and cabinet food looks amazing. For food, we ordered a waffles with fruit compote, mascarpone, almonds and maple syrup. Very fluffy pancakes. Beautiful display. We also had a big breakfast which had a range of items. Good portion for this price. Kids waffles is half the size of the main size. Eggs on toast is also very good either bacon. We had takeaway coffee which was also very good.

Love how this place feels super luxurious but still has standard cafe pricing (think $24 for a main). Theres a great deal of variety to the menu and cabinet. Think it’s fantastic you can get everything from burgers to pad Thai. We found the kimchi pancake and the pad Thai to be overly sweet but otherwise delicious. Presentation and portions were just right. The stand out dish though was the vanilla cheesecake!! Never had anything with quite the same texture, difficult to describe but it was delicious (also enjoyed the slight saltiness). The service was the perfect balance of friendly and professional. All the front of house staff we talked to were fantastic.

Very friendly staff ... Great food selection for adults and kids. The only downside is the coffee size, it's kida medium while they consider it as large Recommended for breakfast and afternoon meals

Good food, fair prices. Had gluten-free options for celiac (potato cake). The beef noodle soup was average tasting but a good portion of beef. Big breakfast was good. Fries were amazing: huge bowl of crispy fries with aioli and ketchup for only $7.

Coffee aficionados and food lovers - add The Pantry to your list! I highly recommend Pantry at the Hyatt Auckland. Great place to have excellent coffee, exceptional pastries, and off the beaten path fusion food. This coffee shop has a lot to offer, and importantly the coffee is roasted by Eight Thirty. Every sip feels like being in paradise. The menu options are also fantastic, especially the Sichuan Eggs Benedict for breakfast and Korean Fried Chicken donburi for lunch. All ingredients were fresh and seasonal; and the meals had just the right flavors. Good choice of salads too. The vibe is great. The space inside and outside is well-designed and welcoming, with a cozy and comfortable sitting areas that are perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. The service is fast and friendly, making you feel right at home as soon as you walk through the door. Definitely 5 out of 5.

Great food, lovely atmosphere and the staff were kind and happy. Staff were not as attentive as preferred and our drinks came out at random times (not all together), however the other things made a great general experience :)

Absolutely the best canteen in wharf. Crisp chicken on rice with tasty pickled veg, the sour taste neutralizes the greasy feeling of fried chicken. The slow cooked beef noodle taste soooo rich. 4.5 stars to me.
