First time trying here, although not the first time visiting the fish market. We had the lobster fried rice and the seafood laksa. The lobster fried rice had around 100g of lobster meat and the rice was fried very nicely with good wok hay. Really enjoyed the rice and quantity was not bad. The laksa was the lesser of the 2 meals, kind of tasted like green curry so I think the laksa was just tasting ok. There were lots of prawns and some crab meat in the laksa, so they weren't stingy on the seafood. Overall will come back to try their other items on the menu.

Absolutely gorgeous food, great price and decent portions. We had lobster fried rice, sweet and sour pork, mixed seafood noodles and seasonal fried vegetables. Delicious!

Great little resteraunt tucked away in the fish market. Servings are very generous and all the items on the menu taste really good. The lobster fried rice and the sweet and sour pork are two particular favourites.

I am quite surprised that this place isn't as well known as i thought? The thing i love most about Bang Bang Kitchen is their portion sizes.... THEY ARE GREAT!!! I dont know anyone who would complain about having too big a plate, but definitely not me and my friends. The Golden nugget for me is the "PRAWN TOAST" this small plate comes out with prawn paste deep fried on two pieces of great quality bread. It is also smothered in yummy chilli sauce and chilli mayo. Thats the winner for me. One of my favorite dishes in Auckland!
