Taste good. Little pricy for sandwich. Poor location. Need more season on philli cheese. Good sweetnees come through caramelized onion. Chicken sandwich was crispy well seasoned but bread need tp be toasted in personal opinion.
This is a real gem hidden in the ๐ of the city. We shared a Phillichese stake, which was delicious spicy. The coffe was great. And the industrial decor is amazing ๐

The one sandwich I was gonna get was unavailable so I got an Egg Plant Parma. I didn't have high hopes but heavens it was delicious! I'm only sorry about not trying this place before.

First time customer, just tried the BLT... GOD DAMN... best sandwich ever. The bread was nicely toasted, bacon was hot, tomato and lettuce was nice and fresh, the bread had plenty of herbs and whatever the sauce is that you apply... whew. Consider me sold, I will be back.

Hero makes hands down the best sandwiches in Auckland. If I lived closer I'd eat here every day. The vibe is on point, the menu rotation is perfect and I've never had a bad sandwich
The fried chicken and the Philly were both excellent. A very urban location with a friendly vibe. We asked about the tally marks on the wall - apparently the staff are playing an ongoing chess tourney.
Best sandwiches Iโve had, very unique flavours. A little on the expensive side but definitely worth it. Nice sturdy cardboard takeaway boxes too. ๐ฆ
One of the Best sandwich places in Auckland. And one of the only places in Auckland to get close to a Philly Cheese Steak. their buffalo chicken sandwich is also a fantastic. Good hearty sandwiches, good vibes. Great overall experience.
Well worth the money, this place is delicious, look forward to reopening. Ive tried a lot of the menu and its just all good. Magicians work here

Great hot sandwiches and a cool, small space. There is seating, which is good. Not many sweet options on the day we were there, only some yummy looking cookies. Friendly people. Don't go here if you're looking to have a deep and meaningful, private conversation. Food is what it's all about here.
