Staying in Oneroa, there don’t seem to be a lot of choices for breakfast but Little Frog was on the main road and looked inviting - much like the cafes I’m used to back home in welly. Coffee was decent (served in large acme mugs so if you’re after your coffee strong then ask for a smaller one) the galette was amazing - I got cheese ham and egg. Melted in your mouth and was crispy on the edges. Came back again the next day!
Really love the almond milk here in the coffees. Coffee is always nice and hot too. And the bliss balls from the cabinet are a nice little treat.
Cute tiny cafe with organic food! Got the smashed avo on multigrain with tomato onion and smoked salmon. Not amazing but nice, omlete was very good though.
Great range of vegan options. Can recommend the vegan plate, crepes (the vegan cheese is really good), and the smoothie bowls.

Cute little place with lots of vegan and vegetarian options bolt could have done with more chips 3 chips with it. Service was a little slow they forgot my shake.
Small, cute cafe right at the shopping street. I was amazed at how wide selection they have of vegan and glutenfree foods - from crepes to wraps. The vegan wrap was so big and delicious, very fulfilling!
They have the most amazing wraps. The best freshest crunchy full of goodness wrap I've ever eaten. I ordered a second one. I'd definitely recommend. Best value lunch that's amazingly healty on Waiheke.
Check little French cafe with cabinet food and a mainly crepe menu. Good coffee and tasty smoothies and juices. Great staff but had to ask about our order as were so busy.

Tastiest smoothie ever! Went for the "live and let chai" and it's definitely the best smoothie I ever had. Would definitely recommend!
