Most amazing burgers first tried them
At the V8 racing and instantly feel in love with the food so what a better way to top of an epic night at Disturbed with another amazing burger. Great staff super friendly and lovely and amazing food. Super filling as well. Highly recommend people try.
Managed to try the White Lady lastnight at the Easter Show. The staff are absolutely lovely. The burger was fantastic and super quick. Can't wait to come back again!
Definately the Best burgers in the world and i have spent my life travelling the world by air and by sea
best Ham Buggers in Auckland I remember late nights here in my twentys after a long night at club mirage heading here on our way home
A visit to the White Lady Van is mandatory every time i visit Auckland. Perfect late night food. The crowd is always interesting and often entertaining.
The BEST burger I have ever had... YUMM, definitely will be back... I had the Hawaiian burger
Best burgers in town! Make The White Lady world famous. A little racist a little sexist, just how I like it
I had a burger at the Fleetwood Mac concert. I have just read a few bad comments, and I believe a few of those are about that night. From what I heard there was over 30,000 people and even though I had to wait a while for my burger it was awesome. There was a few grumpy people in the line but I believe they joined that line to get a great burger!

Best Burgers i have ever tasted.
Auckland you are so lucky to have them
You cant say you have lived or visited Auckland until you try this iconic burger truck. Their burgers are made with super fresh ingredients and grilled to order. The taste is something you simply can't get at normal burger joints.
Old school burger wagon, good service burger came out real fast and super hot! Beef pattie was ok better than your average takeaway pattie but nothing to rage about. The bacon was very chewy and not suited / prepard for a burger .
Lettuce was plentiful and very fresh and crunchy , also its a bit pricey for what u get .
To my surprise the white lady is parked up at the beer spot in morningside this week.
Have known about the truck for years but never stumbled across it while not fed so when the opportunity came up i dived right in.
Went for the flagship White lady and some fries. Absolutely packed burger but not over the top. Chips were ace. Pretty sure the fries came with tartare sauce which is horrible secret of mine. Top stuff. Going back
Last week we visited Big Boys Toys here in Auckland, it was my first time to this event so I have little idea on what this show have to offer. All I know is that there are lots of fancy cars, gadgets and some stunt shows. We went there first thing in the morning, I know these events tend to be full so we did it early that day. First show is also at 11:00 am so it’s just the perfect time to visit. As we arrive we already saw a long queue outside as we park but luckily after parking they were all gone, thanks to an efficient entry process.
One of the best burgers I have ever eaten! Freshly cooked, very filling and amazing chefs. Loved all the shakes as well. This place is decades old and the best truck food I have eaten in Auckland. Must go. Cheers 🍻
A great late night snack, the burgers taste so good and decent size for the price; chips also fresh and crunchy. A must try if you’re in the area
Came here at around 3am in search for a good drunk feed. I got the chicken burger which was super tasty and they even threw in a free fried egg so that was really nice of them to do that 💛
Staff were really nice and you really can’t go wrong with a burger and some chips from here :)
Tried this on Commerce Street a few years back and loved it, so I was excited to see it closer to home at Northcote Tavern.
I opted for the Deluxe Burger and I loved the flavourful, juicy beef patty with melted cheese on top. The lettuce and tomato were fresh, the bun was nicely toasted and crispy and the addition of the grilled pineapple was a nice touch of sweetness. Fries were delicious and I loved that they offered chicken salt as well.
White lady is an Auckland must try. Delish wholesome burgers cheese burger is a fave but they’re all pretty good! Great late night snack if your in the area.
Had this chicken bacon cheese burger and the vege burger. Both were just amazing. However, the vege was more crispy and juicier in comparison to the chicken. But enjoyed both burgers and recommend you to at least visit once. Decently priced..may be priced little higher in comparison to other burger outlets, but guaranteed you won't regret that extra amount spent.

After almost a year living in Auckland, finally tried these famous burger. Ordered Hawaiian burger with extra bacon, really taste great and love it.. worth to try and definitely came back again later
Simple, classic, unpretentious and time-honoured. This is easily my favourite burger place in Auckland. Go for the cheeseburger with bacon or hawaiian burger.
The White Lady has always been a town favourite and a classic for those who spend late nights around town especially in need of a post-party feed. Can get quite busy at times however the service is fast and efficient and is well worth the wait. They also have a variety of sauce for fries and chicken salt too which is handy. Tasty burgers that use fresh ingredients.
Sometimes I crave for a burger and The White Lady is one of the few and good places where you can get this good old American classic in Auckland.
It is simple and good, straight to the point. Nice bread, awesome sausage, onion, catchup and mustard. A handful of awesomeness.
Last but not least, it's open 365 days per week! Some nights they don't even close at all, another rarity for Auckland food market.
Is there anything better than the White Lady after a night out? Heaven, every damn time. These burgers are made with so much love and never fail to satisfy!
The iconic white lady.. the saviour from many drunken nights out on the town.. tastes that touch your soul when you’ve been left wanting.. last visited after the p!nk concert.. had so many drinks and just needed food and good hearty food to boot.. I got the old skool egg burger and my friend got the chicken burger (without tomato due to an allergy).. after our wait that wasn’t unreasonable but seemed like forever our burgers were ready.. I couldn’t wait to sink my teeth into mine and did so within a second of getting my burger.. however my friend didn’t get the same experience.. her burger had tomato in it and they had to remake her burger completely.. her order had been messed up.. I however was in burger heaven and was too consumed with my food.. I had tunnel vision.. slightly primal.. as I was almost finished my burger my friends was ready for her.. now happy but slightly enraged about always having her orders mucked up.. the touch of heaven hit her soul and she was happy.. we both loved our burgers.. the beast within me wanted another but alas it was time to move on and go home.. the experience of the white lady must be experienced at least once in a lifetime preferably revisited as with the beautiful memory of a perfect romanticised lover of the past that once was and could of been.. the one that will forever hold a special spot in your heart..

Visited White Lady for a quick bite while in town, the food is super fresh and the staff are friendly! Love how this spot is open all day too! Hot dog is standard but hits the spot, chips are hot and crisp and they offer chicken salt and sauces of your liking. Overall great place to grab a bite!
Amazing gourmet burgers right here! The classic beef burgers are worth the price! There's melted cheese, a fried egg, the beef patty, the tomatoes, onions, tomato sauce. all in a bun! The White Lady food trailer has been parked on Commerce St for a long time, and I'm glad I visited them! Super delicious! Will come back here if I crave burgers!
Delicious food. I would definitely buy again. I had the white lady burger. It was the best tasting burger I have ever had. I would recommend.
big fan of the white lady. Deluxe combo is where it's at. Love the amazing chef who always puts an extra bacon in my burger. The cherry on top is definitely the hot chips and thick shake ;)
Absolute classic. Was brought here as a kid by my parents who would share their stories of their late night shenanigans followed by a hearty burger at The White Lady to top it all off. Always remember the burgers being bigger than my face and not being able to handle finishing it haha.
Visited here at 01:00 after work today for a relatively healthy meal.
Still the same set up with hungry club goers crowded around grabbing their late night munch.
Ordered a bacon burger and B ordered creaming soda shake (with out a straw of course).
Pretty quick service for only one person working. The burger was very hot and juicy with all the right textures! Fresh lettuce and tomato, perfectly cooked and seasoned beef. There was some sort of relish in there that complimented everything perfectly. I didn’t have the patience to chew on the bacon but managed to get it down into my gut anyway.
The shake was the right sweetness and was swallowed down with out a struggle.
Don’t know why I don’t come here more often!
The staff are friendly, the service is fresh and quick. The prices may be a little much but the burgers never disappoint!
Love the White Lady, been going to the one on Commerce St. ever since moving here to NZ - for me one of the best burgers anywhere. With lots of burger joints in the CBD to choose from I still always take the White Lady hands down. Although I've heard the occasional person bag it in the past regarding consistency, I've never had a bad burger from there. Another great one today [cheeseburger hold the sauce], hit the spot perfectly...
To, start off this place has an amazing history of serving food almost all throughout the day all year round with no breaks. The white lady definitely is one of the best places to go to during the late night weekend hours when you barely have anything around.
Tried the cheese burgers which was a bang on for the money you pay. The meat so tender and jucy, the bread just fine with little bit crisp.
Great spot for a late night snack the hot dogs are really good and so are there milkshake usually go here when I’m hungry late night and can’t be bothered get McDonald’s or cooking my self the staff is always friendly
After a great music concert, headed off to the White Lady for a bite to eat and something to drink before driving home. Two excellent burgers (succulent) and good milkshakes and the wait time was less than 10 minutes even though there was a decent queue.
The living legend never disappointments, especially winding down after a night on the town. One of the bros got a us steak burger each and it's true if no one is talking, the food must be good. It was hot, filling and completely satisfying as always.
Whether you're out on the town or coming home late from work the White Lady produces the best late night cheese burger you can get in the city for sure! Beautiful NZ meet and fresh produce. A classic.
I used to be a regular here. But after a long gap, I was surprised when I visit again last week. The prices are much more higher! Gotta pay more than $20 for a large burger! And it's only for the burger not including any chips or drink.
I had a steak burger and it was delicious as always. But I guess the raised price will stop me from visiting more often.
I was on my way home when I found the place, then decided to try. Really quick service, and the burger called old school was good and big as well. Next time, I might try something new.
Burgers are dope! Shakes could be thicker and chips if cooked a bit longer would be nicer. Service is on point. Will definitely be back again.
The best burgers in town,I think they've been open since 1934!Also great milkshakes they serve toasties as well. And great to walk round with!
The burgers are nice. I would say it's better than the Burger Fuel. But the best thing is the bun rather than the patty. The patty is very good - juicy and flavorful, but the bun is definitely one of the best burger buns. So light and also toasted perfectly.
Best place to get a late late night snack or proper feed after a late night in town. The White Lady is an iconic mobile diner.
I love watching them make your food while you wait and on some nights and certain times of the night it gets ridiculously busy.
Cheap. Fast. Convenient. This foodtruck is the epitome of a great foodtruck. The food here is priced greatly for the amount they give and the staff (although there are only one or two at a time) are always very friendly.
I think it's pretty meaningless to write about the White Lady as all us kiwis love this food truck!
It can be a bit pricy for a street burger only (price ranges from $9 -$20 something) but considering that this place pretty much opens until the sunrise during weekend, price doesn't really matter for me. I would rather pay few bucks more to have this for my hangover cure than having mc donalds or burger king instead. On top of that, the cheapest cheese burger tastes like those gourmet burgers you can have from fancy restos!
This is what I call a burger. Can never get enough of your white lady burger. Spot on. Well done people i am not easily impressed but this is a winner. Infact I think i know what I want for dinner.
Came here after a night out on the town 3am in the morning. Ordered the kiwi burger with fries. Che Fu and DJ Sirvere were there also ordering them a munch. It was only us there so it was pretty cool. Bit star struck lol. Burgers are awesome fresh ingredients and big...Just the way I like it. Fries are big too and love the condiments with it. These guys are not stingey. Always think of these guys as a late night central staple of after clubbing eating or early morning/late quality night munch. I have only heard good things about White Lady and will still keep going back when we in the city after a late night/early morning out. Good feed and good burgers.
I do not know why but always can't just pass especially on drink night. Everyone loves their steak burger. I don't know what's the secret, it looks like just simple but taste great! Must try foods in the Auckland city.
Been going for 50 years. The food has only gotten better & better over the years. Fabulous. It's a must for every burger lover. Unbeatable service, copied by many. 👍🏻👍🏻
Classic kiwi fast food open late and always a treat, I though the thick shakes tasted good and really can't go wrong with cheese and ham toasties
The white lady is the best burger shop in Auckland to me. Reasonable price, high quality burger. One regular size burger is enough to share for two people. I like their Hawaiian burger very much. Eggs burger was also delicious.
The White Lady is an iconic pie cart in the city of sales. (Auckland) if you haven't already been there you should. Or the sister one "Broadway diner " both absolutely brilliant. A little pricey but worth the money and experience. The burgers are always top notch. Well done.

The white lady is an Auckland institution. I love the vintage food truck and the location couldn't be better. Best place to grab a bite to eat in the wee hours of the morning or after a night of heavy drinking. I ate here with nothing but hunger clouding my judgement, and the burger is really good. The ingredients are fresh. The lettuce actually has a bite to it. The fries were insanely good, crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle...slather on some of the garlic salt and mayo and you have one finger licking combo.
The location can be good and bad. While centrally located on Commerce street, one has to often navigate around the myriad drunks hanging around here on weekends. My only complaint is the pricing. It is affordable sure, but their most basic burger starts at $10. Having said that, they are generous with the sizes so I'm not complaining too much :P
I'd definitely recommend for late night munchies
This has been a go to place after many late nights out in the city. If you're looking for a delicious greasy meal at 3 in the morning this beats McDonalds by a mile. Your not an Aucklander if you haven't tried a White Lady burger.

Reviewers and advertisers in New Zealand often discuss places and as “establishments”, their products are “famous (in New Zealand)” and their business, an “institution”. But Auckland’s White Lady, tractor driven, burger bar thing, may be one of the few true “institutions”. It’s become a tradition for me to pay the mystical night time burger wagon a visit after each concert or show which calls me to Auckland. No matter what hour of the night, I am never disappointed by the delicious and straight cut burgers cooked up on Commerce Street. We often discuss the atmosphere, the ‘experience’ of buying. Generally, we seek experience in the elegant atmosphere or hipster aesthetic, but this is a new and beautiful experience in itself. Well considered and delivered, the White Lady has built an incontestable brand in the kinda scummy cooking facilities and turned milk-crates as seats. Only a ostentatious dolt wouldn’t enjoy the ‘experience’ of visiting the White Lady, sitting on a crate, biting into a big’ol burger and having a yarn with whoever the night calls to the very ‘aesthetic’ caravan.
The infamous White Lady! Well I have to admit to indulging here more than a few times after a big night out. So I'm going to give you my perspective from that frame. Mmmmmm soo good! If you need a greasy burger and its been a good/bad/epic/mediocre/fun night out in Auckland central this is the spot to come. They really are good burgers. You'll likely have to dodge the varying titbits on the pavement and be entertained by a sliding scale of intoxication and talent from interesting to annoying patrons but that's what you get. I'm embarrassed to admit it but... I'll be back.
the first Burger that I tried since I got Auckland. and, glad I tried the white lady. it was so great. the ingredient is juicy, fresh, and the white lady is like a overweight lady.lol. quite amazing. .
The White Lady is legendary! I've always had the fondest memories of grabbing a bite here after a night of clubbing. Tonight I stopped by after work and ordered a cheeseburger and fries and it is still as seriously good as I remember!! It has been years since my clubbing days but the food tonight made me nostalgic. The produce was super fresh and they were generous with it too. I loved biting into my burger and getting the crisp layers of lettuce and fresh tomato. The pattie was delicious and the grilled cheese just brought it all together. The fries were yummy too..crispy on the outside and soft on the inside..I slathered on the ketchup and garlic sauce and just chowed down. The service was excellent also...the staff were friendly and helpful - I felt looked after! 😊 Thanks again White Lady!
Came here tonight seeing as we felt like something hearty after a few drinks. I ordered the hotdog and fries and my partner ordered the cheeseburger and fries and our friend ordered the cheeseburger with pineapple. The hot dog was nice but a little bit bland, the chips were a little bland too but the tomato sauce we added to them fixed that. The cheeseburger was AMAZING! Probably the best burger I've ever had (I ate most of my partners after trying it!) I don't eat fast food as I'm not a fan of the grease and the fact that everything's so processed so these were the perfect thing for me! The cheese that was melted on to the soft bun, the fresh mince patty that was made and put on the grill straight after ordering it, the lettuce and tomato that actually crunched when I bit in to it and the caramelised onions to top it off. I was a bit surprised that just the cheeseburger alone was $10 but after trying it I would happily pay for another! It was delicious and I'm definitely going to be coming back for more!
The White Lady has been around for ages because of the quality food they serve. Every order is made fresh and hot. I absolutely love the cheese toastie with diced onions!
Came here last night after how many years, with a couple of friends! We all got different burgers and they were all good.
I really enjoyed my burger it was delicious. I've always liked The while Lady burgers. Also go fries too they were nice but the burger I had was delicious.
I will visit again.
Bloody good food. Yes it's expensive for what it is but you yet a seriously good feed. Beetroot in my burger has to be my favourite thing right now and The White Lady definitely help me get my fix.
If you're hankering 💭 for some classic tasting kiwi 'fush n chups' 🎣🍟 like you had back in the day, the White Lady delivers 👍
A little overpriced💰, considering its fish n' chips served out of a truck 🚚 But if you judge the value of a meal from a satisfaction perspective and not financial one, then it's right up there 🔝
I had a cheeseburger 🍔 and it was a baaaaaad boy. Close to mouth-wateringly good. The White Lady manages to make their food taste clean and not greasy, without sacrificing those classic fish n' chips flavours we seem to be getting less of these days. 💯
Staff were friendly and the food was around 13 minutes 🕔 from order to piehole.
This food truck is memorable and legendary. It reminds me of late nights in town with massive burgers that are the best remedy for a drunken night apart from a greasy breakfast. I would recommended The White Lady to anyone with the appetite of a man, after a hard night out in town. Yummo.
Heard so much about The White Lady and tried it for the first time. The burgers do not disappoint. Loved the Steak Burger but keen on trying the rest. The only thing that was not on par with the burger was the hotdog. The great thing too is that they open late which is great if you have the munchies at midnight. Definitely will visit again soon.
Perfect late night bite!
We usually stop by this place after concerts and late night drinking sessions in city..
Toasties are prefect.. and those chips with chicken salt is all you need
Street food sold from a customised van. The concept is nostalgic of yesteryears. Operates limited hours in the evenings. Food is great. During peak hours, there's waiting time. Will go again.
What will stand out with the White Lady experience is the freshness of the patty, the lettuce, other ingredients, the fun people sitting on the sidewalk drunk blind, the parking problem and the wait times. All these add to it's character I guess. Anyway, I absolutely love the burgers they serve. Although they aren't the cheapest, they definitely are worth the money, the wait and the strange ambience. This is now an Auckland heritage institution and must be visited at least twice. Or more. Food 4.5/5, Price 3.5/5, Service 3.5/5
If you're looking for a loaded home style burger, look no further. Decent sized portions and great flavour. My favourite is the egg burger, and the only one I wouldn't recommend is the steak burger - not as nice or as big, there are much nicer choices on the menu
Would've given a higher rating if the pricing was a bit more affordable. The king of all burgers in Auckland. The size is so big I can't take a decent bite at it (I do have a small mouth though). I have two favourites: the steak burger and the Aucklander. In terms of quality, the meat is always cooked perfectly and the veges fresh and crisp. The steak in the steak burger can sometimes be a bit over chewy but manageable. You also need to have a decent place to eat because there are no decent seating (only a couple of containers at the back). Save up those cents and eliminate that hunger!!
The legend lives; perhaps not anymore the 'best burger in town', but the sizes are still gigantic and you always know you'll consistently get their best, and freshest efforts. Not to mention it's always an event to visit a legend.
Very average burgers. Well for a food truck the white lady burger was expensive as ours didn't taste anything to great either. I love the history, story and all that jazz around it but sadly the burfers didn't do the magic
Best burger and big burger! Every New Zealander has to try!!! I love it, tried so many time!! Price is alright and the burger is fresh!
So amazing! Their burgers are huge!!! They seem a tad expensive, but they are worth the amount you pay for them. I have been here two times, but I don't live in the city any more so I haven't been back for a while. The location is good for those who go to the city quiet often especially on a night out. If you haven't been you need to go.
Best burgers and chips in all of Auckland and most definitely worth the wait! The patties are tasty, the buns fresh just everything about the burger...tasty and fresh! Always reminds me of the times well before MacDees or any of the other processed burgers came to town. Good old fashioned tasty fresh burgers so my fave is the Old School
Great place for a good honest fresh burger have not visited in a long time and happen to go past yesterday and had a great steak burger washed down with a creaming soda milkshake, always been happy with the food.
Not sure what the hype is all about. Tastes pretty normal just like any other decent takeaway. Pricey, but I guess you're paying for 'the brand' as they say.
nothing like a late night night after a night out in town, awesome service and food is great! love their burgers and definitely can't wait to try everything else on the menu
A must do for everyone if they have had 'a big night' in town. The icing on the cake to any good night. Fantastic burgers, really fresh tasting. It's also great to have an alternative to the usual Chain fat food places.
a cold winter's night and huddling up while you watch your order being cooked...perfection especially when preparing for an alcohol fuelled night.
Nice, tasty, fresh burgers that are exactly what they say they are. The chips are good too. If you are this part of the CBDs, it is worth getting one of their iconic burgers.
The classiest of ladies on the mean streets of Auckland! She gives you love and feeds you well, is there much else that you'd want from a good looking woman??
Burgers are delicious! Have never had a bad burger here. The low rating is for the price and the price only. I would come back but I think about it twice usually.
love their burgers, would've rated higher if they had seats or an area to eat. their milkshakes though are average.
A nice place to grab a good burger or a sandwich. Too bad it's expensive for a fast food. Staff is always helpful and nice.
Their steak burgers just lovely! I ask them for less tomato ketchup to make the taste more mature(?) and to add a little more salt & pepper to match some red wine. You have to wait five minutes and bring it home so sometimes unwilling if rainy or windy. But differs a lot from MacDonald's or Burger King. 10 dollars happiness. We hope it closer to our apartment.
Easily, easily the best burger I have ever had in the world... and with so many burgers I have had, the fact that I remember the taste so vividly is proof enough. Although the pricing is not the most economical, the freshness of New Zealand ingredients shines through! It’s definitely worth trying.
Found down near the bottom of town, this little burger truck is a gem in the heart of Auckland. Although the burger prices aren't as low as those found in Maccas and BK, The White Lady compensates this with its huge portions and interesting range of choices. My recommendation for those who can't choose would be the Aucklander. It's huge, tasty and filling however it does take a little toll on your wallet. Since it is open until very late at night it makes it the perfect spot to visit after a night out in town or when you're craving a midnight snack. Everyone should try this place at least once!
Ones of the best meal we had in Auckland. Must try their aucklander! The portion is huge and worth every penny! They gave a big tender beef steak (not patty) and please add up their bbq sauce, it really goes well with the burger.
I also tried their normal patty burger (Hawaiian cheese burger) and I love it.
Too bad they don’t provide any table or chair so you need to eat it on the side street, while standing. Also quite pricey for the food truck level. Other than that everything is terrific!
It is a big long food truck with 3 staff working. Got a steak burger of $18 which is slightly pricey. Steak burger literally comes with a steak rather than normal beef patty however it isn't flavoured so a little bit disappointed. Bun is crispy but over toasted therefore not moist enough. Ate the burger right away but seems not sizzling hot...
On the bright side sauce is flavourful
I’m from Singapore 🇸🇬, and going to this food truck brings back so much memories, I came here exactly 10 years ago when I first came to Auckland, and this food truck was here all this while even after covid, burger is great and haven’t drop any standard, but it did moved to a different location though, more quiet and lighted ambiance, I love it, anyone who haven’t tried it yet, please do you won’t regret it
Came all the way from Thailand to try the white lady food truck. The White Lady Burger is definitely one of my favorite burger now. The cheese toast was really good as well. If you're looking for Burger in Auckland don't look any further than the white lady.
Was definitely a very good burger which hit the spot! Everything was made fresh to order and service was friendly. Only critique is that the fries were a bit tasteless (not enough seasoning) and price is a bit expensive (though the quality makes it worth it)! Overall a much visit and conveniently located in Auckland CBD!
Yesterday night I’ve stopped by at the legendary Food Truck: The White Lady. They’ve been in business since 1947.
They make a couple of classic delicious burgers, perfect for a late snack after a couple of drink.
The White Lady is super popular amongst locals, that there can be 10+ people waiting in the queue.
I’ve ordered the Hawaiian Cheese burger. It did not disappoint, it was an excellent burger. The beef patty was nice & juicy, cheese was tastefully melty, and finally pineapple gave the sweet & sour touch at the end.
It was honour to try Aucklands famous: The White Lady.
I definitely recommend local Kiwis and tourists to check them out.
My order number was 69 and when my number got called everyone cheered like I won the World Cup! Oh and the burger was bloody great, can’t beat a white lady with jalepanos after a night out
Great place that you can get food late night, enjoyed the vege burger and fries was tasty, service was quick and friendly. However milk shake probably the worst I have ever had.
Opens 24 hours on weekends and everything is only prepared after the order is in. Takes around 10mins for the burger to be ready but it worth the wait to have a freshly made burger. Ingredients are very fresh and they wrap it up nicely so you don’t end up dripping the sauces all over yourself while eating it on the go.

Jesus in high heavens! I like a good burger but this was nearly too much to handle!! For what is only 14 euro for us Irish people, this could easily be a 16-20 euro burger in a restaurant and would be worth that. This is bigggg. The pictures on the truck are true which is also very handy in choosing your burger. I just had to get the white lady burger because it’s from the white lady truck and it did not disappoint at all! Can’t wait to come back again on the way home at the end of the month. Come here especially for your first or second night after a long travel.
A fresh and tasty burger! Each ingredient could stand well on its own. The cheeseburger was carefully crafted and took a little over 5 minutes to make. Devoured it on the spot. As stated “Our burgers are best eaten RIGHT NOW!” This establishment is an absolute gem.
Great burger experience, went with the white lady burger ($25) and what a feast that was!! Steak was nice and soft, no grisley bits to slow down your mouthfuls like you usually get with burgers that have steak.
Flavours, cooking and assembly all top notch.
Full and happy, thanks :)
It’s a great comfort to see the oldest and the iconic White Lady food truck still there at Fort street Auckland CBD after the fear of closure mid this year. After some challenge, the council agreed to renew their license. This business is owned by the same family since 1948! Incredible people and story.
Great burgers and shakes went early week to try it out
Been to Auckland a few times now and hadn't visited.
I would definitely go again and in the weekend these burgers would beat a kebab or pizza any day of the week
Iconic place to visit when in town
Old school classic, been going to the white lady since early eighties, loved it then, love it now.
Maintained their quality level over the years.
Instead if trying to pull their license the white lady should become a heritage establishment. Auckland city wouldn't be the same if it were lost. Auckland City council politics has already ruined Its city night life, dont let them kill part of its history. Support the White Lady.
Great choice for a late night burger after some drinks when most other places around the area are closed.
I ordered the old school egg burger with cheese 👌🏼
