Great Salchipapas, just like in Peru and possibly even better. The added Tari Sauce on top was also fantastic. Next time we’re coming for the whole chicken.

Very simple menu but the charcoal chicken is excellent, he has like a dry rub under the skin and it’s slowly cooked over charcoal!
