I must compliment BB for preparation such an awesome burger which looked as a it tasted.
The place looks quite large but there isn't a lot of tables so it could fill up quite fast. There are about 5 or so booths on either side and a large table in the middle, which could be shared by multiple groups.
The menu is located outside as well as over the counter and it's quite small so not much thinking required.
After ordering you wait to pick up the order. I had the mushroom burger which had a fried portabello inside. I quite liked it since it was crunchy and nice. The fries were as good as the other branches, crispy and not too salty. It was quite nice but did fill up really fast so if you time it right then there should be a table available to eat at.

Moderate pangs of hunger after work led us to try BB for the first time. Was impressed to see very spacious & uncluttered interiors a welcoming wide entrance & a nice pleasing color scheme with lots of woody overtones. Warmly welcomed & greeted most promptly & was guided very knowledgeably by a staff member towards a great combo. I must compliment BB for preparing such an awesome burger which looked as good as it tasted! Very eco friendly items. Fries were an excellent choice & so great tasting, i was tempted to have an additional serving. But amongst other things i thought of my waistline & weight & thus wisely kept it for later. Lol. Their chocolate milkshake was delicious freshly made flavored perfectly & a delight to have. This is now on my list of a newly discovered favourite in addition to the perfectest’ burger i have had in a very long time. Hence i fully endorse them when they say better burger! Definitely one of my very enjoyable food places. Thankyou to your excellent & well mannered & superbly talented staff for creating such a wonderful food experience for me/us. Such a pleasure to experience great food & great service with such great care & customer excellence! Looking forward to my next meal soon. Cheers.
Ordered the double cheeseburgers, which are always nice, juicy and fresh. I randomly decided to upgrade my fries to epic and it was the best decision, completely complimented the meal well. This is my fav burger, can't go to Sylvia Park with out visiting this place, delicious 😍
Really good. Love the simplicity and the open space. Packaging is all compostable, and Coke on beer tap is a nice touch. Fries were nice and crunchy, burger smooth. Yes, smooth. Bacon added was Smokey and delicious. Highly recommend.
After shopping in Sylvia Park, my partner and I felt hungry. So we came Better Burger to have a snack. My partner always likes Better Burger's cheese burger which is filled with meat, cheese tomato, lettuce and pickles. And I am so glad that their packages are fully compostable.
We are fans of better burger and this was the only shop we haven’t visited, so we did yesterday with a dozen of 11yrs old boys, not only the fries were amazing as usual but also the burgers were juicy and tasty, the staff were super friendly, they reserved two seats/booths for us, the kids were having a blast and the birthday boy got special treatment with a BB cap as well, so well done guys!
Having only heard of the place I was excited to see what it was all about. With a friendly face to greet and take my order quickly it was off to a good start. I had a lovely booth seat and the restaurant was clean and tidy while I waited for my order to be made. Approx 10 mins later and on a busy night, it was ready. Hot, presentable and all with a smile I was ready to dig in.
Burger was full of flavour and with fresh ingredients! I ordered the hamburger combo with a sprite. The chips were fresh and literally was just a potato prior to my meal being made.
Overall I would definitely rate this place and I will be going back. The other thing I really love is that everything was biodegradable a big plus for the environment as well.

Love the fries, cut straight from the potato. Burgers are always fresh and yummy. Sometimes the customer service is great and other times it’s a bit.. grumpy. Often the shake machine is broken or out of order. I’ve had the same experience at Mt Eden. I literally go for the burger and fries and 9/10 times I’ve done my happy food dance.
If your on a budget or looking for a quick and easy cheat meal then this is the place. The menu is nice and simple, affordable prices and a reasonable wait time is what gives it a 4 star rating for me, not forgetting the food quality as well. 😁👌

Ordered a double cheese burger combo, the meal was pretty good and for a decent price. Would definitely eat there again. Hopefully they’ll add more burger options to their menu soon, other than that it was an enjoyable meal and staff were kind.
The mrs brought me lunch today, which was the hamburger and fries. The flavour of the burger was good but since it was a takeaway (of course not being their fault or anything) the sauce had made the bun soggy and the fries weren't nice being cold, so I can imagine just like any other hot takeaway, it's best eaten asap. So will give another prompt go when I get the chance.
Bar the time lapse on it I still don't think it's the best burger and fries out there but not bad.
I really love the Mushroom burger! And the fries and secret sauce you have. I just hope it wasn't so greasy as it makes me feel very sick afterwards. Hopefully you'll have more options for vegetarians/vegans
I like the simplicity of their menu. What I like more is that their fries are made from real potatoes that my very eyes saw before getting fried.
I wouldn't recommend the mushroom burger, though. The breading was too thick it made it chewy. A bit disappointed too that I couldn't take some tomato sauce home coz they had no sauce cups available.
For quick and cheap eat this is not a bad place to go to.

Amazing food!! Haven’t been there enough. They are always busy and food can take over 10 minutes but totally worth it. The burgers are fresh and good and so are the chips! Also decently priced. Yommmmm

They offer a good customer service. Their burgers are one of the top burgers. However their order system in which staff call names is not cool. I recommend they implement the number system like the other franchises use. Also their seating capacity is awful for this new outlet. They need to build more capacity for the dining in customers.
The first time I went here, I didn't really like it too much. I previously had the mushroom burger and that definitely wasn't a fun time. However I recently went back and I definitely recommend the cheeseburger! I love the sauce and it's a lot better (sorry vegetarians). The design of this place is really nice and spacious but once it's busy I don't think there is enough space to house everyone. Otherwise, love the cheeseburgers, fries and chocolate milkshakes!
The queue is long and slow...the seating is not thought through properly. A lot of wasted space. The milkshake is yum and fries are yum but the burger buns are a let down. They are tough and chewy. Possibly teething problems as i loved the city branch

The decoration style with a strong sense of design does not mean that the consumption level here is very high. Reasonable price, and delicious burger, worth your visit. Introducing the Double Beef Bacon Burger. Recommended!

Fresh juicy Hamburger with added crispy coated mushroom is delicious every single time. Love how it’s a whole mushroom. Great cooks in this kitchen. Order on their website or in store it’s loads cheaper than Uber eats and better for the business. Always made fresh and tastes satisfying with friendly staff and clean diner style seating. Best part is it’s outdoors so you don’t have to even go inside the mall. The menu is short and simple to choose from so it doesn’t get overwhelming.

The best burgers in Auckland by far. The cheese is really good, the toppings including the gherkins were so nice. Easily the closest to a true American burger in Auckland. Very reminiscent of Culvers. Highly recommend
Great choice and easy menu to select from, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Enjoyed the milkshake was very delicious till the we got our order shakes were nearly finished. Burgers and fried chicken 🐔 was delicious 😋. Not bad decision at all after watching Space Jam for our lunch time. 🙂🏀🎶
Probably one of the best stores fom this brand that I have been too! Really enjoyed my meal here and found it cool that here they had their special sauce on the tables as a condiment! Havent seen this at any other Better Burgers. Fast service, excellent burgers. Plenty of seating here both indoors and outdoors. Will be back here sometime.
One of my favourite burger chains - it reminds me of In-n-Out in LA.
The taste and quality of the food at Sylvia Park is consistent as their other branches. But this branch is much cleaner than the branch in town.

Another Fast Food Franchise, but a little different, it's ultra basic on all levels.
(1) There are only 4 burgers offered.
(2) There are 2 types of Fries, Normal & Epic ( cheese, onion, mustard & sauce)
(3) The venue has no interior decoration what so ever, it's minimalist.
(4) All seating is bolted to the polished concrete floor and immovable.
(5) Booth style / Island seating.
(6) Interior is laminated light butt jointed timber that could dbl as flooring if reqd.
(7) Burger size is acceptable and $$ is borderline. Fries are excellent but $$ by volume. Milk Shakes, bottled water and all regular soft drinks dispensed by Tap, not by bottle. Service is quick n efficient and upselling is practised here. Sauce/mustard with napkins on each table as std.
(8) Burger ordered was their Dbl Cheese $11:00, and it didn't disappoint at all, and came wrapped 50% in a serviette for manageability. Taste and contents were 100% and the construction was NOT a slimy greasy mess. Fries are home cut style with some skin still on and 100% good.
Pretty sure from what I saw, this place is Card Only, no Cash. Didn't inspect the toilets. Overall its a great new franchise that keeps it simple. Just not cheap.

Cheap, delicious food and the people working there are really friendly! The self-service ordering machines broke while we were there so they had to take our order manually and they handled it super smoothly.

Better Burger is simple and full of flavour, everything I want in a burger. The double cheeseburger is my go to order and the strawberry shake is a great addition.
Great staff and the food is always prepared super fast.

My burger was delicious 😋 well done on that ! But my fries were a bit burn 🔥 I didn’t finish it cause it burn on most of them. The table has to be clean too, we wipe it out but should have done by a staff as well. Other then that was good 👍 thank you
