Consistently good. Get extra spicy noodles if you dare. Duck neck also really nice. Beef chix and pork noodles always the bomb. Hidden treasure this one
Cheap and definitely authentic, highly recommend their hot dry noodles! I don't really mind plastic plate or bowl though, because that's how we do in Wuhan :D
I've always heard that hot dry noodles is Wu han's most well-known delicacy. So first time came here I decided to give it a go and ordered hot dry rice noodles in sesame sauce and sweet glutinous soup paste. Honestly, I felt like the sauce was not so special, but the rice noodles itself was quite chewy, which is just the way I like it. The sweet glutinous soup paste was a star. I like the sprinkled osmanthus on top. 100% liked the soup! It's just unfortunately I can't find osmanthus anywhere in Asian supermarket otherwise I can make it at home. The owner told me they imported from China.
Authentic Chinese eatery with a surprisingly large menu for such a little place. Presumably the dishes are from Wuhan, and feature organs and intestines as well as more conventional cuts and interesting sides like stewed lotus root. Good food at low prices, as with most places on this stretch of Dominion Road. Noodle soups are served in plastic takeaway bowls and fried buns on paper plates. If you ask for tea, it comees in a polystyrene cup. Cheap and cheerful.
