OK. Burger could have been better (ironically).
Great service and food was made promptly. I had the vege burger combo and my wife had the cheeseburger. Both of us thought the burger lacked something as was lacking in taste, but was still nice enough. The fries were very tasty and a decent portion.

Staff were very friendly and took my order prompty. Food was made quickly and everything tasted amazing and fresh. Milkshakes are classic milky goodness and highly recommended.

Betterbuger is the best burger I have ever eaten in New Zealand. Juicy patties and crispy French fries. Also the staff were very kind.
Fast and friendly service during a Sunday afternoon. But the portions of fries seem smaller than they used to be and the wrap for the burgers seemed to be made of paper because the burger juices just soaked into it and disintegrated leaving you with a real mess in your hands.

Chips were hot and crispy, well salted. And burger was amazing! I had the double cheeseburger. Not a long wait for the food either despite all the uber eats orders coming through the store.
