Got the charcoal and the hot and spicy, both were delicious! To charcoal the chicken they put the chicken on an open flame so maybe they would charcoal a hot and spicy so you could have best of both worlds, may ask next time. My charcoal chicken was a little under salted and I couldn't really taste
