Went on a Sunday without booking, got a table pretty fast (about 10-15mins) the atmosphere was good, obviously upgraded since I came here last. The best thing they do differently from other yum cha I’ve been to is that it’s made to order! Which ensures that your food is always fresh and hot We got rice bbq roll (would recommend), shui mai (I don’t like shui mai but this one was filled with juicy prawns, very tasty), pan fried dumplings and fried tofu are so good too. Would definitely come back

One of the best two Dim Sum restaurants for me in Auckland, the other best one is located in Henderson, Mr.Lobster Private Kitchen. The flavour is awesome very traditional Cantonese, and the food is very fresh. This restaurant is always so packed and long queue during peak time. High recommend if you are a dim sum fan.:)

Food is tasty. Slightly over priced. Great service. Chicken Kungpau hardly had any chicken, full of peanut nuts and other stuff but very tasty

Tonight we ordered from here through Uber eats 9 mins before closing and I am so impressed with the quantity of our dishes, quality (considering delivery time and distance) and the fact that our order was still taken 😁 Ordered the beef congee- pot size, grand portion for a winner of an eating competition 😆 🥣 (this is now my fave so far- best meat too) And the roasted pork with rice, decent amount of pork and crispy still Well done 👍✅ will order from here again! One of the best places ordered from out this way so far Thanks team 😊 Pork half gone 😔

Not much to say. I liked most of the food but my mum loved all of it. The sizes are great and the prices aren't bad at all. It's expensive for a Chinese place, but otherwise good compared to western restaurants. The resturant looks amazing and the service is just as good. The staff clearly care about your experience. Absolutely will come again during lunch when there's even more choices available.

Came here once a year and food was good, with friendly staff. It’s a good place to catch up with colleagues or friends!

Went for yum cha. Relaxing and modern ambience, clean & tidy and not a chipped piece of crockery to be seen! Good tasty menu selection although a tad on the pricey side but what they do is done well. Tables are spaced well apart during Covid restrictions and dishes are ordered from your table with a check list. One of the better yum cha places in the Howick/Botany area.

EDIT 08/2022: Changed from Star Cafe to 11 Dim Sum a while ago. Decor has improved and service was excellent, but not tonight. Food is delicious, but on the pricey side given the portion size. A tub of rice is $20 but you get 1 x refill. No Soup for entrée now, but you can still order some Dim Sums at dinner time. They have a new ordering system where you scan a QR Code and order online. You can still order with the Staff, but it might be slower. I've reduced my review to 4 Stars, as when we checked with the waitress why our Special Tofu didn't look the same as the picture on the online menu, she rudely told us the picture was taken with the Tofu upside down, but it's the right dish. It didn't taste very special after that explanation.

Yummy as Yum Chaaaaa! Awesome service with the ordering system. We were in a bit of a hurry and they got our Kai out quick smart. And food was perfect!!

Nice dim sum restaurant at south east Auckland. Have visited a couple of times. The quality of food is stable. Good varieties of choice.
