Food is amazing. Good coffee too. We drove down to Balclutha for the day from Dunedin. Lovely big cafe, perfect for bringing in your little one in a pram. Friendly service. A lovely place to shelter from the passing rain.

I had time to spare and so popped in for a chai latte and muesli slice. Service with a smile and prompt service made for a nice visit. I bought one of their big muffins to take away. YUM😀.
I do like this place, we have been many times for brunch. The last time was a little disappointing as my husband got his food then mine came out 15 min later. But other than that it has great food.

Lovely Cafe, very good coffee. The Seafood chowder was excellent and the cheese rolls are a very good example of how they should be made as you enter the gateway to Southland. I will be back!

We stopped by with a large group of 13 on a Sunday and had a fantastic experience. Great food with very efficient service, great quality food and range of GF options. Highly recommend visiting if looking for somewhere to dine in Balclutha.
