Lovely cafe in Beachlands with the most hospitable hosts. Went for lunch with my folks who go there regularly because of the consistently good food. They are always raving about their meals there so was very keen to try. They were soooo right! Great varied menu with something for everyone. Can honestly say it was the best Eggs Benedict I have ever had. Loved the kumara rosti instead of a muffin! All round great place...with excellent staff and food and the coffee was great too! Thanks Ambrosia!

Delicious food and drinks. We all throughly enjoyed the food and could not fault one thing. Service was amazing. Will be back again that’s for sure

Came here with a group of friends. Al our meals were tasty and well presented. I mentioned to the wait person that one of our group was celebrating her birthday. After we had eaten our mains he reappeared with a slice of lemon tart with lemon gelato and a lit birthday candle. This was so kind and thoughtful.
Visited Ambrosia for lunch, the meals we had were amazing! Great portion sizes and found their pricing to be reasonable too. Great service, will definitely be back again soon.
New eatery in Beachlands, we had heard good reviews so decided to give them a try.
Service was initially really slow when it came to taking our order, but they were suddenly busy. Once our order was finally taken, things improved. Service was friendly.
We ordered the lamb shank, & fish of the day which was Blue Moki
Our meals were well presented, fresh & tasty. Good value for money too. The meals delivered to those around us also looked really good.
Will definitely be back - lots to choose from on the menu.

Truly excellent food. Bouillabaisse was exceedingly good (be prepared to peel prawns and deal with halved crab; it'll get messy!). The salmon was cooked perfectly. Everything was beautifully presented. They happily accommodated dietary and other requests.
We arrived late in the evening, so it was fairly quiet, but there was no slip in food quality or service. The inside's nicely decorated, and there are some tables on the deck outside for you to make the most of the summer.
This place really deserves to succeed.
We can't say enough good things about this restaurant. We ate there more than any other place in Beachlands. Food was always great. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. We travel the world full time and this place had some of the best Lamb Rogan Josh I've ever had. My wife loved the Salmon Risotto dish as well. As you can see by the pics, we ate there a few times. Well worth the visit if you're hungry and in the area.
A big shout-out to the fantastic team at Ambrosia Bar and Restaurant located in Beachlands! Despite having another event going on at the same time, they managed to provide excellent service by promptly taking our orders.
We ordered the Meal Lovers platter for two, Classic Wagyu Beef Burger, Char Siu pork ribs,Moroccon and apricot braised hind lamb shank, Venison Denver leg, Smoked chicken ravioli, Chicken Ballentine. For drinks, we ordered Summary Berry, Irish Coffee and Amplify Kombucha.
Not only were their portions generous, all what we ordered was delicious too.
I am truly grateful for the wonderful experience, and I will definitely be returning again in the future.

Amazing Food! Amazing Service! My wife and kids all loved the menu, has something for everyone all ages. Recommend the Chicken Ravioli, pumpkin Gnocchi, wagu beef burgers & wedges!! All Tasting great. Definitely recommend this place. The staff are so polite and nice to deal with.

Had a lovely family friendly dinner here this evening. Very tasty meal -got the Pork Belly and really enjoyed it.
Very impressed with the service from the young men on staff- attentive and professional customer service- great to see young people learning these skills.
Great food. Only 4 * because we had to ask for cutlery and we had to ask for oil for our bread and dips and it was really difficult to get someone both times. But overall a lovely meal, thank you. Th standouts were the aioli and the ribs...AMAZING!
Open late at night, we went close to 930-10pm. Good service, all the staff were lovely.
Ordered the chicken wings, chips, chicken ravioli, butter scallops, butter chicken and lamb vindaloo.
Chicken wings had a nice hot sauce drizzled on them however were a bit dry and could have done with more sauce on it. Lamb vindaloo was far from a vindaloo, was realistically more like roganjosh. We did confirm that they got the order correct and it was meant to be vindaloo and they said that's what it is, so if you're looking for vindaloo, probably best not to get it here. All the other dishes ordered were great! Ravioli was delicious.
One odd part we thought was ambrosia not being on the dessert menu.
Ambiance was great. All the staff were friendly with welcoming smiles on their faces. I would definitely go there again!
Dinner last night and the food was lovely. Staff were friendly and chatty, food came out pretty quickly and they sang Happy Birthday to Mum with a candle in her dessert! Thank you, she (we) had a great evening.
It was our first time here. The bartender and the waitress that served me and my husband, on the 24th of Oct 22 from 6.30 pm - 8 pm were AWESOME! Very friendly and the bartender made a special cocktail drink for me, which was very lovely! I recommend this place. We'll be back :)
When looking at the Menu I was a little perplexed at the pricing, however the quality and quantity certainly made it worthwhile. Our dinner for three was enjoyed by us all and we would recommend visiting for a lovely meal.
Our waitress was attentive and friendly.
Just took my family and friends out the lunch, I have seen the Ambrosia Restaurant up in Titirangi village and decided to treat the family to something new. All I can say is yum! Looked after from the second we entered the restaurant, a great selection of dishes suitable for everyone and big portions for the price. We left there with big smiles and full belly's, will recommend to all
Went to the beach nearby and decided to have lunch here, enough street parkings for everyone.
Outdoor seatings are nice and comfy, feels relaxed when sitting there, holiday mode is "on".
Indoor seatings are okay, feels like average kiwi restaurant in a small town (if you get out of Auckland you'll see lots of similar places like this)
Food is nice, price about medium range. Staffs are friendly which is always a plus.
Good for a visit if you are coming around to Beachland.
Fabulous meal, fully recommend. I had seafood boillubaisse, hubby had salmon and a sticky date pudding. There was a lot of mussels, fish, clams and crabs in my boillubaisse and the broth was spectacular. Very fast pleasant service too.
Great atmosphere and great place to grab dinner for the family we go there atleast once every 2 weeks or the boat club were they have just started to cater for always friendly and welcoming the rember there regulars which would be alot since it’s always full with family’s but not to crowded

AMAZING!!! We had the ribs, steak and lamb shanks it was delicious. Everything was cooked perfectly and the flavours were spot on. Generous portions and reasonably priced. Bar and wait were friendly and attentive. I would rate this are the best restaurant in the maraetai/beachlands area 10/10
What a lovely place to gather together with friends and family. Beautful outdoor space with larger interior. Great food. Good friendly service. Recommended.
