The best Fijian food in Auckland can be found at a bustling and popular restaurant where reservations are a must due to its constant busy atmosphere. It's also a great spot for families, offering a delightful experience for all.
Enjoyed the meal at Dundale. They are a cafe as well as a restaurant serving both lunch and dinner.
The food was quite good except the fact that they were a bit too oily. Tried the fried rice, stir fry fish and chicken curry. The stir fry fish hardly had any fish in it. Chicken wings in entree were good bit also a bit too oily.
First time went to Dundale Fusion Fijian for lunch ,heard about dundale fusion fiji from friend and so took me there. We ordered crab curry and chilli chicken it was so delicious. The atmosphere was nice felt like I was in Fiji .Price was reasonable good quantity of food .Lots of parking .Definitely going back to try their more delicious dishes.
First time visiting this place today for some brunch and it is the best place we have been to so far. The food, the service and the atmosphere was top notch. We will surely come back when visiting Auckland again.
Super tasty food, Great service, Kunal was amazing hats off to the chef. Highly recommended
We have been ordering from Dundale for a long time but mostly takeaways. Today was the first time we tried their dine in menu and it was exceptional. The flavours, serving portions and the customer service is just on point! I highly recommend these guys. So far everything that we have tried were cooked to perfection. Even the food presentation was beautiful! Really quick and efficient customer service!
We have been to Dundale's Cafe once and now planning again to go soon to try out other varieties in big menu... awesome place, wonderful staff... love the Dundale breakfast and coffee βοΈ π π.... kids enjoyed the burger and French toast along with smoothies ... we coming again soon team... π thumbs up π π π π π π
Fantastically authentic Fijian curry that reminded me of a meal I had in Pacific Habour, Fiji. Great value curry dish that also included a dhal soup, poppadums and a tomato chutney and a bowl of basmati rice. We ordered the chicken curry, lamb curry and cassava chips. Each was delicious. Sorry about the photos, I'd already devoured the dhal when I remembered to take a photo. Definitely coming back.
Asked them to make lamb chaisa, Fiji style. They were very busy but still made it and lamb was tender and tasty. Very well done. Awesome chef. π
Just celebrated my Grandma's birthday here tonight! β€ The food was excellent! It really does have this Fijian style/quality of cooking so I find that very comforting as it reminds me of home in a way, the food is always delicious and I got the chicken in blackbean sauce which is my favourite go to dish over there! π The atmosphere is cozy and comfy, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, always willing to go above and beyond to provide amazing service!
Had the Indo Chinese style fried rice chowmein and chicken in black bean sauce it was authentic Fiji style taste. Definitely satisfied the taste bud. Iβll be back to try the other dishes on the menu. Credit to the chef
Authentic Fiji Indian food! Love the curries and Fiji style bbq. Give the place a Crack.
Best food...great customer service... quality of food is soooo good...highly recommend place to go..it was worth coming all the way from Albany north shore...will be back every Sunday...
I had a chicken grilled sandwich to go. Had to pull over to the side of the road and eat it. It was delicious. I went back with a friend and had the big breakfast. That was delicious as well. Well done team. I will be back with my lil family soon.
Ordered this on Uber eats, just finished eating it. We ordered the Lolo (fried snapper cooked in coconut)and Fried Snapper with salad. We all enjoyed it thoroughly, this will be my go to place for Sunday brunch! Sorry couldn't uploads pics didn't think I was going to write a review. Well deserve 5star.
Upon my visit to Auckland I ate here and the food was good, and Iβm a very picky person, I especially loved the fish lolo but overall I was unexpectedly impressed, as I think Iβll be going again the next time Iβm in town
A little bit pricey but the food is great. Best place to visit if you are looking for an authentic taste of Fiji.
