Cute wee cafe that is hard to spot on the bustling street of Riccarton.

Have enjoyed a nice brunch accompanied by three other foodies, food is above average and the place has a very nice atmosphere to it.

Will come back again for brunch

Beautiful Cafe! I went to Sismo Cafe for the first time this year and my friend shouted me something to drink and eat at Sismo Cafe. The mushroom sauce on toast with salmon I found delicious! The coffee and tea dishware is really beautiful with its creative colourful designs as well and the staff members are so lovely!

Absolutely fantastic range of drinks, hot and cold - in particular the herbal teas. Would recommend the strawberry tea!

Clean and tidy with friendly service.

Planned on morning tea at Mona Vale but stumbled across this cafe as MV was closed. Exceeded our expectations ...Excellent customer service, delicious food. Served by the owner herself - very friendly, kind warm & welcoming. She went the extra mile & spent time getting to know us while still providing perfectly prompt serve to other customers. Highly recommend this cafe.

Great little cafe, for the size of the cafe etc my expectations were met and I was pleasantly surprised. The host is friendly and the food was great. The atmosphere and pleasant vibe outweighs any negativity that anyone would feel. I would definitely go back and recommend to anyone.

Coffee was okay, not any special blend. Had egg Benedict’s, which was flavourful and was poached well. Everything is done by the owner, so real kudos to her!

Great vibe. Warm and colourful. Eggs benedict was delicious. One of the best. Coffee's were served in mugs - made it feel more homely which was really nice.

Linda is a friendly attentive host who creates a great big breakfast however I felt that the Croque madame lacked an authentic French feel and was bland .The coffee was strong and hot . If in Christchurch I will go back for breakfast .
