Valley Inn Tavern - Christchurch - Photo album

We dined outside as was a hot Sunday morning. Had brunch and all was enjoyed. Great service and atmosphere. This place is a credit to the owners whose focus on their customers is first. They have great staff to compliment their business.
Firstly, the old well in the middle of the restaurant was pretty interesting. Secondly, tried the nachos and they were a delight! Got them plain with the awesome cheese sauce (its a yummy, runny cheese sauce, none of that grated and melted usual bits of cheese on regular nachos) and topped them up w
Always lovely at the Valley Inn. Service was excellent, menu selection good and food delicious. Caesar Salad and Ham Steak meals were great, coffee nice and beer cold. Have been here many times but the service was top notch.
Good place to chill and beer! It’s a very cozy pub. Also a good place for family dinner. We order the day special- steak and burger with fries. The steak is good and in good price, including a pint of beer or a glass of house wine for just $24! It’s a super value price! The staffs are very nice and
Although the restaurant and bar were very busy when we dined here on a Saturday evening, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was nicely cooked and tasty.
Our group has been before and enjoy it that is why we return. We did make a booking and were told that there was a large group booking for the time that we were booking so we followed the suggestion given and booked to arrive 15mins before. That meant that our order was taken and delivered before th
Great meal, good price. Was $75 for a Big breakfast, 2 lots of eggs Benedict, coffee and 2 hot chocolates. The meals was very enjoyable with friendly service, a very clean and well presented publican establishment. I'd come back for another meal and would happily stay for a few beers!
Went watch rugby. Some other choices for breakfast would be good. Didn't want chicken, but it came anyway and charged for it. Love my local, but actual breakfast fare would be good early in the morning.
Requested Valley Inn Tavern for informal family gathering. Absolutely first class communication from Tavern staff throughout. We opted for a counter lunch, which offered an excellent menu with prompt and courteous service. The venue is warm, inviting, casual and full of local valley history. Thoroug
Friendly staff. The meal was good and the price was right as well as 4 slot machines to gamble in the restaurant. There is a hidden gem at second floor, a huge full facilities inn. Worth the money... The size of a large apartment for only 150 bucks.
This was my first time going to the valley inn for lunch and I would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family. The service was excellent and given by friendly and helpful staff. The meal was delicious and value for money. I would go back again. We ordered the antipasto plater and a side dish
Lovely that they open the doors on ANZAC day early so that we can have breakfast after the dawn service. Great atmosphere
Fantastic service amazing staff delicious food 😋
Fantastic service, quick and friendly. Food was excellent, sizes very reasonable vs the price (not expensive but good portions), and a pleasant atmosphere aswell.
I was a member of about 20 people who had a convention dinner at the VIT. We were treated very well by the staff. The food was standard pub fare.
Our 5th year of holding the Southshore Social Club annual general meeting, 29 attended everyone stayed for lunch after the meeting, and as usual the service and food was 10 out of 10.
Lovely relaxing atmosphere . Great place to meet up with friends.
