Great hotel, central location and easy walking distance to attractions, bars and restaurants. Room was very clean with a comfortable bed and bathroom with lovely toiletries. We ate in the hotel restaurant on one evening of our three day stay and the food was excellent. Service was fast and friendly.
Great downtown location. Really nice rooms and good tasty filter coffee provided! Valet parking took a bit of getting used to but it worked do well and the car was always ready for us when we ordered it. Tram stops are right beside the hotel. Handy fir jumping on and off!
The service was great, the kitchen food is excellent, it was so good that we ended up dining in most nights as it was great.
The rooms are warm and quiet, lots of power points at the desk for charging "the goods", the plumbing was excellent in the bathroom.
Everything was just new and fresh.

Friendly staff, nice room, quiet with a good view. Close to cafes and restaurants with new Regent St across the road. Free parking by the lights and the rental was still there in the morning. Just a short walk to rent a car from Apex. Cathedral square is an easy walk. Would stay again.
Excellent views from upper floors. My room was clean and beautifully laid out. A comfortable bed meant a good nights sleep. A well stocked fridge, plenty of tea ad coffee. Also a good menu on offer for breakfast, lunch and evening meals. Lovely, friendly staff.
We all loved our stay. Friendly staff. Great rooms, clean and well appointed. Close to everything in the city center. Tram is right out side the door. Restaurants near by are great. But, their own Chef is really good too. We ate there three nights and could not fault our meals. Tours pick you up fro
Had a great experience. I stayed here on business. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. Very good value. The room was immaculate and comfortable. Shout out to Natalie who gave me great suggestions on good vegan options both in and out of the hotel!
Good clean relatively new hotel bang in the middle city centre. Has a business hotel feel about it. Great comfortable beds and crisp sheets. Polite and helpful staff at reception desk, particularly Amy. Unfortunately this doesn't carry through to some of the staff in the restaurant at breakfast time
Nice and spotless clean hotel with a nice view. However, there is no French theme or product or decor at all! The breakfast was average! I ordered avocado toastie once and it tasted odd! They served my Latte in a glass not a proper coffee cup which wasn’t pleasant to me!
The hotel is in the center of the city, close to many popular restaurants and food places, shopping center, bus interchange and other important facilities. Wow what a great experience.
We had the unfortunate situation of having our flight diverted and were put up for the night at Rendezvous by our airline. It was obviously not the best of situations but Rendezvous really went above and beyond to help us and make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The
Location is very central with restaurants, cafes, shopping and sightseeing all nearby. Parking 50 meters away is not too expensive.
Our Deluxe Balcony View Room room was fine -- smallish but comfortable -- and the bathroom was excellent; spacious, with good amenities, heated mirror and towel rail.
