Had the let us feed you option~ Service is warm and pleasing, team is very friendly & conversational which made this great meal even more enjoyable.
Interesting and tasty selection. Very cosy and warm atmosphere. Seasoning on the strong side for me but I have a very bland diet. It's just around the corner of the hotel I am staying. Will definitely come again next time I am in Christchurch.

Had the chef's selection, all the dishes were exquisite with a lot of depth in flavour. The star dishes were the flounder and the flatbread, the tamarillo and stracciacella was unquie and interesting. Look forward to trying their summer menu.
Some of the best food in Christchurch! Cassoulet is one hard dish to make properly, they even have cassoulet accredited restaurants in France, and this fish cassoulet was as good as those ones in France. Insanely tasty! I could eat that all day.

Great waiter who was knowledgeable and helpful. Local, organic food. Had the degustation menu and wine match. Wish I had the seafood. Food was good but the seats were terrible. Hard wood no backs. Would have rated higher with better seating.
Small place on Papanui rd easily to just passed by. But don’t get fooled by its simple appearance. The food is great on presentation and even greater on taste. The knowledge of owners but mainly their passion is second to none.

I'm just going to put it out there. Best dinner experience in New Zealand. Been to all the majors cities twice. Big foodie, unfortunately I didn't enjoy most/all restaurants. Gatherings, however, gives me hope that future of New Zealands food and beverage industry is looking bright. Best of luck.
