This is the best Poke I've had in awhile.
Came here for lunch and hat a Salmon like you and I was impressed with the freshness of the ingredients and even the temperature of the rice. The avocado (extra) is a must too!
Loved the experience! 100% recommended. Will definitely be back.

Very yummy sushi. I thought it was expensive for $14.90, but once I received it, I understood why. Two big rolls and you can choose your fillings.
Delicious and super tasty, the portions are a little bit small for me.
Only one person was working so the service was slow, but the food was good and just how a poke bowl should be 😁
Such a great menu, build your own bowls, delicious options, filled me up and curbed my Japanese craving. Great service too! The woman who served me was super helpful, friendly and smiley. Definitely going there again.
Roll & Bowl is awesome! Great concept and fresh, tasty food. A Subway'esq, 'create your own' style place, just with better more interesting options.
The staff are friendly and will answer all your dumb questions, I had to ask what some of the toppings were, no idea what some of those exotic things were.
Definitely worth a nibble, just don't get carried away with your toppings. I put too many clashing flavours into my burrito, mango+wasabi mayo? It was still really good though.
Have been here several times and have loved it every time! Delicious, fresh and well priced! Purchased off deliver easy for the first time and was just as great takeaway!
Delicious food, helpful & patient staff (we had a few allergy questions & took a while to decide). Also nice to see the bowls & cutlery are environmentally friendly.
First meal off the plane didn’t disappoint. If we had more time in Christchurch we would have returned.
Couldn't recommend roll and bowl enough, the kiss of geIsha is my favourite! Excellent customer service too, I was served by Paige who was absolutely lovely! 10/10
very good food, went there for lunch today with 2 work mates. We all got the Super Bowl. to much food to finish in one meal, so i have dinner sorted as well. Will definitely come again well worth the $16

Staff are great so helpful as always get overwhelmed trying new things.
Opted for one of the more expensive bowls it was scrummy!!!!!! And hardly could finish it. I will be back
