I really enjoyed my experience at Hachi Hachi and visited them twice in one day (lunch then dinner with a friend)! I found the Crispy Chicken salad for lunch to be plentiful and of great value. I was also happy with the Pork Gyoza (pork dumplings) entree and Teppan Teriyaki Chicken with Japanese salad, rice, miso soup, and pickle for dinner. The food fresh and tasty, dishes served quickly. I have no problem recommending Hachi Hachi!

We went there for dinner and we had Tonkotsu ramen, miso ramen and the spicy ramen. The service is really nice and friendly in terms of both services and attitude that I asked for changing the ramen noodles to udon(as the attached photo), and they helped me for that! So grateful🥹 The food was great despite a bit salty taste, but it really tasted like the ones we had in Japan. Great service and will come back if we visit the city agn!

I absolutely loved their food 😍😋 customer service was a bit weird, I felt uncomfortable and I was a foreign, I went to buy some alcohol and I was standing at the bar while she was just standing there looking at me, I don't know if she works bar but I started to walk upto her and then she moved to help me, we then went back to counter, to pay then back to bar and then she didn't know what to do after that and I asked her if she could open it up for me and she did, I actually felt like she hasn't served a darker skinned person before... pass all that the food was excellent and would definitely go back there again

Quite a bit of items to choose from. Not terribly priced. Order the teriyaki chicken bento set. Was expecting the chicken to have a char or grill on it. Skin was soft and chewy. There were red threads on top of the chicken, almost like saffron. The rice was a long grain type of rice, not medium or short. The miso was nice. The salad with sesame dressing was good. Hubby got the pork cutlet curry. The curry wasn't bad. Lots of onions. Decent portion.

This is a good place for a fast Japanese meal for lunch or dinner. Good value for money. The shop serves sushi, ramen & udon, don and bento value meals. Lunch time is busy. The surrounding area is still under development. Hachi hachi is a good lower cost option if you stay around this area.

The Salmon Don was a nice safe dish to order. Miso Ramen was ok. Overall not too bad, won't mind going back.

Fast and kind service! Perfect vegetable tempura ramen, hot and very tasty, loved it for a very cold night. Small place but quite cozy.

Been coming here for years, never a bad meal. The agedashi tofu is amazing. Can be difficult to get a park. Lately the quality of the food is in decline, quality of the products and size of the serving.. Pick your time as it can get very busy around lunch time. Menu needs a shake up with some new products.

Deeeeelicious. First time we had been to this venue. A huge bowl of curry. There was too much for me and so hubby was very happy to take some from my bowl before I even started. Will definitely return.

Second time I've been here and it was just as good as the first time. Quick, tasty and affordable :) Below is Udon Tuesday's Tori tama. Sorry for the bad picture.

Comfort food of Japanese food lovers!!!! Their rice meals are a must have, not so much of their ramen.

ordered from here multiple times and its a bit of a hit or miss for me. i got the tonkotsu ramen and it was very enjoyable, pork was well cooked and the broth was very flavorful. then i ordered the teriyaki chicken don and i was slightly disappointed, there was too much rice and only one portion of chicken and the teriyaki sauce wasnt marinated into the chicken. gyoza dumplings are tasty but id expect a bigger portion considering the price. despite that, staff are very friendly which makes for a pleasant dining experience
