Everyone is very knowledgeable and kind here. I see Micheal Woods and I can’t emphasise enough how refreshing it is to have a Doctor that generally cares about you and wants to get to the cause of any of your health issues. I’m extremely grateful and very glad I came here after struggling with health issues from a young age.
Professional and helpful in individual tonics and health care products. Have been inconsistent when busy and changed review on dispensary. Eating next door healthy and options for vegan, vegetarian and dairy free.
Good coffee. They also have a shop right next to the coffee, where you can buy a lot healthy stuff.

I come here to dine or take away a few times a week. This place never lets me down. Friendly staff, wide range of healthy options for hot drinks, you can choose from at least four different milks that I know of. They have cashew milk! All their food is labeled if it is, gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free, vegan. I have a major sweet tooth and I am a big meat eater yet I love everything in here!!
Really tasty mix of food, colorful and wholesome. Had lunch once a week here, sort of a regular. Excellent cuisine thank you. Have now moved away and really really miss this cafe. Can't wait to return to chch just for this place.
I cannot speak more highly of the Herb Centre. I had a minor symptom (congestion) that remained for months. Pharmaceutical medications did not relieve. Jo, one of the herbal specialists, asked a few questions, listened and provided a liquid formula that provided relief within days. My daughter had a skin rash for more than a year. We have tried numerous remedies, none successful. Jo gave us a topical formula that has been more effective than anything we have tried in the past. They are very knowledgeable and provide solutions that have worked for my daughter and I.
Great Vegetarian Cafe. Wide variety of dishes. Caters for vegan, non-dairy and gluten free. Can make to order. Try the courtyard out the back for outdoor dining. Reasonably priced.
I really like this small café, it kind of feel like home, like you belong there.
You can have a drink, eat vegan, buy natural and feel good. The staff is very helpful either you're looking for a product at the dispensary or a drink at the café.
The drink list is really long with homemade beverages. The homemade Chai Latte for example is yummy !
I recommend this place to take a break and take a breath. Very quiet and pleasant place.
Haven't try the food yet but it's definitely on my list.

Professional, capable staff. Very helpful and there is a good range of products considering the small size of the store. Can be a little noisy if visiting during the adjoining cafe's busy times

Cafe has great options for vegetarians and healthy choices. A smallish seating area for the cafe. Different therapists work from the Herb Centre and the Centre also sells health products, supplements etc.
The combination of therapists, herbal dispensary and cafe makes this a go-to place for my alternative health leanings. Being able to see the most amazing naturopath then have a turmeric latte while waiting for my herbs to be prepared is pretty special.
New to eating gluten and dairy free. This cafe caters to all combinations and the food is amazing.
